Hueningkai nervously walks into detention class while avoiding distracting stares, silently preparing for the torture that laid ahead.
Bonk!
The blonde haired boy hit his head on a glass window which caused him to bite on his tongue. He yelped silently before attempting to get up from the floor— cheeks unbelievably red. Off to a wonderful start.
It's okay! Mistakes happen, you can still do it.
He quickly scanned around the room only to realise that most seats were already taken, which led him to a few interesting choices.
The emo girl that thinks she's Wednesday Addams? Ehh..
The spoiled rich kid that bought all the ice cream pops from lunch earlier? Hell no.
The class clown that never shuts up—even in a library? Maybe.
How about the girl that basically stalked him two years ago? No. Way.
What about the school prankster that once injured a student by putting banana peels all over the floor? Nope.
The normal looking girl at the back can't be that bad right? Wait.. is that gum all over the table? GET HER AWAY FROM ME.
And.. that was all the choices available. Realising that he had to sit next to one of them, he brought his hand up to the bridge of his nose before rubbing it out of frustration.
After a massive debate session, he came to the conclusion that the class clown would be best— at least it would save him some serious therapy. Right?
Wrong.
As soon as he sat down, the class clown immediately talked to him like he was his best friend. All excited and ready to turn him into his new "bestie".
"Oh my gosh! Lemme tell you something, I'm sure you'll laugh. What do you call a bull's eye? A bullseye!"
He started laughing like a person that got possessed which caused the blonde haired boy to stare at him— a confused expression plastered across his face. He thought he could actually save money from therapy, but now he had to spend that money fixing his ears because he's definitely going to have hearing problems after a whole week of detention.
Maybe I should check my bank account today..

Yeonjun turned around only to see Soobin sleeping comfortably on his bed— all tucked in with his blue blanket. He turned back before reaching into his backpack, taking out the sandwich and candy Beomgyu gave him.
The pink haired boy stared at the sandwich, his expression softened. What the younger didn't know was that he was allergic to eggs, but how could he tell him when the younger shoved it in his hands like that? Like it was full of concern. Like it was full of care and...
What's with you Choi Yeonjun? Get a grip.
He placed the sandwich in the drawer before finally getting onto his bed— eventually drifting off into deep slumber.

"Yeonjun hyung!"
The pink haired boy turned around as his heart skips a beat at the familiar voice.
"Hi."
Yuna immediately ran to the older, attempting to hug him but failed as he stepped back.
"W-what's wrong?"
The pink haired boy could only stare at the floor— trying to process everything.
"We're not dating anymore. You do realise that right?"
The poor girl had her mouth wide open, she wasn't trying to do anything— it was just a friendly hug. She had hoped the older would somehow see her as a normal friend but of course, he didn't. He never did. All her life, she admired the older. She looked at him with starry eyes like he was her idol. But in this moment, the older was pushing her away. She could only stay frozen in her spot before forcing a chuckle.
"I.. I know. I was just too excited to see you."
Yeonjun looked frustrated. Very frustrated in fact.
"Please stop talking to me."
With one last glance at the younger, he left. He left without looking back, leaving the girl in the middle of the hallway —hurt.
Why can't you just appreciate me?

"Mrs Brown. I would like to join the dancing competition."
The teacher looked at the pink haired boy before pulling out a piece of paper that was sitting in her drawer.
"Fill out this form."
Yeonjun took one last glance at the paper, silently confirming that he actually wanted to go through with the competition before finally taking it.
"Thanks.."
He sat behind a tree in the school fields. The one he once cried at. The one Beomgyu once cried at. The pen was in his hands, all he needed to do was sign the paper. He stared at the amazing view of blossom trees that were surrounded by the freshest spring air he had ever breathed. He took deep breaths, one.. two... three. One last breath and.....done. A blue signature was laying on top of the white paper, making him regret his decisions.
I can't go back now..
