Civil War?

A/N: YO IF YOU EVEN CLICKED ON THIS JUST CONTINUE READING ALL THE SHITTY ONE SHOTS. If ya follow me on Instagram(@stony_ships) then you probably may have seen I wrote something similar on there. I did. This is just longer and a little more explained. Also I don't know why I chose certain words. And I've never read the comics for Civil War, so bear with me. Plus I said already I'm really bad at writing.

"Steve please...I can't be without you." Tony sat there in SHIELD hospital beside Steve's body, there was no breathing, just his body. "It wasn't...worth it...it wasn't worth losing the best thing in my life, Steve come back please." Tears slid from Tony's eyes and down his cheeks.

~Tony's Home In Malibu~

Tony began to sweat, his breathing increased. "Tony! Wake up!" Pepper shook Tony awake.

"Wha-oh God, Pepper." Tony started to sob into Pepper's arms.

"I know Tony the nightmares that's why I'm here...remember? I told you I would sit right on that couch," Pepper pointed to the couch in the corner of Tony's room, "I told you I'd wake you up if you had a nightmare."

"Thanks Pep, I don't know what I'd do without you, but this one it was just so different...it seems like the longest I've had."

"Tony if I knew that after New York you'd be like this I would have never let you go-" Pepper cut her self off when she realized Tony shivered at the mention of New York.

"Pepper I get it New York kinda fucked me up...but I can't handle the nightmares anymore!" Tony hated when anyone saw him cry, but just couldn't stand the nightmares pain anymore.

"Tony it's alright, just tell me what was so different about this nightmare."

"Oh...ok, well it started with basically all of us meaning you know S-Steve, Bruce, Nat, Clint, and Thor. We were in some country...I can't remember, but we were trying to get back Loki's scepter, and there was these twins one, the girl, showed me like a dream....and everyone was was gone...they had died, I seen S-Steve he was at the bottom, his shield was broken...he wasn't dead yet he choked out small words like 'You...could've...saved..us' and oh my god I could've. Then I made this thing, Ultron, he tried to end the whole human race. Clint he had a freaking family! Jarvis kinda died, and he turned into Vision. Then we all defeated Ultron, I mean all of us, including Vision and the twins. But the boy, Pietro, died saving Clint. We all went home, kinda. Bruce and Natasha were a thing...Bruce left, he didn't want to hurt Nat. Clint went home to his family. Steve and Nat stayed at SHIELD and formed a new Avengers. Thor went back to Asgard, because another Stone came up. But when I left I didn't want to I didn't wanna leave Steve. He told me he would miss me...but I had to leave."

"Is that it, Tony?"

"N-No! After Ultron I wanted to start a Super Hero Registration Act thing...anyways most of us were there it seemed that only Thor and Bruce weren't physically there. We were fighting over the dumbest thing. Steve's old friend, I think it was Bucky...his name, I remember Steve talking about him. He told me all about him when we would just sit in the lab. He told me stories from back then..ya know. He told me all about the life he had, he said he misses it, but well he didn't have me back than so...but that doesn't matter. That guy, Bucky, I think he killed my parents. Me and Steve we fought, I just can't believe I did that."

"Tony, did what? It was just a dream."

"I k-killed him," tears erupted from Tony's eyes, "we were fighting, and I should've just stopped while I still had him, but I didn't Pepper. He's gone."

"Tony! He's at his apartment in New York! Just chill, you didn't kill him."

Tony's breathing went back to normal speed and he removed himself from the bed.
