"Realy?"
Were am I...?

"Yeah!"

I curl up tighter, "Keep it down Silo." I growl, stretching and trying to soak up the morning sun, but I suddenly feel my aching stomach, and something slaps me in the face.
Reality.

A: My brother is dead.
B: I'm starving.
C: I was surrounded by strangers.

I open one eye, to see a grey Tom looking at me. I was hoping to see they were friendly, but all that hope was burned by a new voice,"Black she-cat! Stand and bow! You are OUR PRISONER."

Ok, call me mouse brained, laugh at my stupidity, and sneer at my face.

But.
I.
Was.
Done.

My mother had just tore out her own eye, I had just been nearly killed by my own sister, my sweet brother was dead,
I had been alone, and Rose had disappeared, who was a good friend and my food source.

So I sit up, look up with my chin held high, and say the most simplest thing ever.

"No."

There was a long silence, then a growl. "NO?" I look at a brown broad Tom, who had battle scars, fury lit orange eyes, and blood stained teeth.
I actually looked straight at him, no fear stirring. "You heard me. No."

His eye twitches, "Deer, what happens when cats say no to Shadow?" His voice filling with venom.

The brown toms eyes filled with pleasure, flexing his claws,"Prisoner for a moon, then death sentence." He purrs, eyes fixed on my throat.

"And, Stive, before then?" He asks, curling his tail with pleasure.

The grey Tom that had discovered me looked away, eyes blank, his ears flattened, "Small beating." I realized he didnt like what they had to do, and didn't want to get him in trouble by asking him for help. I thought things over, and came to a conclusion. I was going to get a beating, then go to the rest of the cats, because three cats don't need prisoners, much less contain them.... right? Then I was going to be a prisoner for a moon, then be killed.. for saying, 'NO.'
Sounds fair.

Shadow turned back to me, raising his paw, claws catching the morning sun. I lifted my head higher, bracing myself.
His thorn sharp claws hit me with a laugh, my blood welling on my cheek, barely missing my eye. Shadow pulled me close, licking my face, his smile dripping in blood. I look down, watching my own blood drip to the ground.

"Deer, your turn."

Deer clawed at my back, hitting me hard like a wip. I clench my teeth, and something happens to my vision, like a small blur. Suddenly I was bariling right into Shadow, fury and agonizing heart break making my mind all fuzzy. I knocked Shadow over, my tiny claws doing little, and I snap out of it, realizing I had just made a huge mistake.

But, once in a fight, no backing down.
I circle Shadow, snarling. His face screwing up with hatred, Shadows pelt fluffed out, making him look all poofy.
I scan my surroundings, understanding the outnumbered strength in the fight.

I didn't know who was going to make the first move, but I knew I had no chance. Shadow sneered at me, moving faster, "What's it going to be, little piece of-"

I jerk forward, ramming into his side, Shadow hisses, holding his ground and he easily flips me over. "Now, how should I kill her?" He asks his companions, putting a hooked claw on my throat. I narrow my eyes, and bite his paw, the sharp claw going into my throat as we both reel back in pain. I stand quickly, ready for the next blow.
Instead, Shadow comes from behind me, but his aim was off, and I stepsided him. His face getting a mouthful of dirt.

He spits, pure rage bellowed in his voice, "I HAVE HAD ENOUGH!"
He turns at lightning speed and hits me in the head, "Black cat prisoner..."

Then it all goes black.
