Abhimanyu is lying on his bed, exhausted but content after reconnecting with Akshara. The soft moonlight streams through the window as his phone suddenly buzzes on the side table. Groggily, he picks it up, noticing Dr. Rohan's name flashing on the screen.
Abhi-Dr.Rohan? Why are you calling this late?
Dr. Rohan's voice is urgent and laced with tension.
Dr. Rohan: Sir it's an emergency. Aanchal ma'am has been in a severe car accident. She's being rushed to Birla Hospital right now.
The words hit Abhimanyu like a bolt of lightning. He sits up abruptly, his heart pounding.
Abhi-What?! How... when did this happen?!
Dr.Rohan-I don't know all the details yet. I've informed her parents, and they're on their way. You need to get here immediately.
Abhimanyu doesn't waste a second. He leaps out of bed, quickly pulling on his jacket. As he rushes out of his room, he briefly considers calling Akshara but stops when he realizes it's the middle of the night.
Abhi(thinking)-She must be asleep... I don't want to disturb her now. I'll let her know once I reach the hospital.
Instead, he sends her a message: "Akshu, Aanchal met with an accident. I'm rushing to the hospital. I'll update you soon."
He grabs his car keys and races out of the house.
Raghav and Geetha arrive at the hospital, visibly distressed. Raghav's face is etched with worry, while Geetha clings to him, trembling with fear.
Geetha-Where's our Doll? Where is she?!
Dr. Rohan approaches them, his expression professional but empathetic.
Dr.Rohan-Sir, m'am, Aanchal ma'am is in critical condition. Abhimanyu sir will be here soon to take over her case. Please try to stay calm.
Raghav(shouting) -Calm?! My doll is fighting for her life, and you're telling us to stay calm?"
Geetha breaks into sobs, her voice choked.
Geetha-Please... please save her. Do whatever it takes!
At that moment, Abhimanyu rushes in, his face a mix of determination and anguish. Geetha spots him and immediately runs to him, clutching his arm.
Geetha-Abhimanyu... please! You have to save my Doll. I'm begging you... she's our everything!
Abhimanyu places a comforting hand on her shoulder, his voice steady.
Abhi-Aunty, I promise I'll do everything I can to save Aanchal. Trust me.
He exchanges a nod with Dr. Rohan and heads straight into the OT, donning his surgical gear.
As Raghav paces nervously, Dr. Mahima, Dr. Harshwardhan, and Dr. Anand arrive. They immediately approach the distraught parents.
Dr. Harshwardhan-Mr. and Mrs. Iyer, we're here for you. Aanchal is in the best hands. Abhimanyu is an exceptional doctor."
Dr. Mahima(reassuringly)-We understand this is difficult, but please try to stay positive. Aanchal is a fighter.
Raghav sits down, burying his face in his hands, while Geetha clutches Mahima's hand, tears streaming down her face.
At Goenka House Akshara in her room stirs awake and instinctively reaches for her phone. The message from Abhimanyu catches her attention, and her eyes widen in shock as she reads it.
Akshu(whispering)-Aanchal met with an accident?!
She quickly gets out of bed, her heart racing. As she goes outside she sees Muskaan.
