Taehyung woke up and took a quick shower. He got changed into his suit. He didn't know why, but he was feeling restless out of nowhere.
"I hope everything is going to be fine."
He grabbed his suitcase, glanced at his bedroom, smiled sadly, and walked out of his room.
After he got downstairs, he went into the kitchen to see Mr. Jeon serving breakfast. "Morning, Aunty."
"Oh, morning, sweetie," she smiled brightly, but her smile faltered when she noticed the suitcase he was holding.
"Oh, Aunty, don't give me that look." He said, stepping close to her.
Her eyes watered. "You are leaving, and I don't know, but I'm not feeling good about it. Maybe it's just my motherly instinct, but Tae, I don't want you to go." She pleaded.
Taehyung sighed. "Aunty, I promise I will call you as soon as I get there, and you know it's important, so I have to go." He pleaded back.
She nodded, wiped her eyes, and smiled forcedly. "Okay, at least don't go with an empty stomach."
Taehyung chuckled, nodded, sat down, and began to eat his food while talking with Mr. Jeon.
"Morning." A voice said.
"Oh, morning, honey, come sit." Jungkook and Taehyung gave each other a simple glance as Jungkook took a seat across from Taehyung.
"Whose suitcase is that?" Jungkook asked, silently munching on his food.
"Oh, I thought you knew Taehyung is leaving?" Mr. Jeon asked.
"No, what?" Jungkook exclaimed.
"Yeah, I'm leaving for Busan today. As you know, there's another branch of our hotel, so I agreed to Mr. Lim to manage the hotel in Busan, as it's now in a bad situation." Taehyung explained.
Jungkook's mouth opened, but no words came out. He was shocked, and he felt... guilty? He felt like Taehyung was leaving because of him.
And deep down, he knew that Taehyung was sacrificing his love for Jennie for him. He knew that Taehyung loved Jennie. To be honest, he was sure that Taehyung loved Jennie even more than he loved her.
It was all written all over his eyes.
And eyes never lie.
"How come you don't know about it, Jungkook?" Mr. Jeon asked.
"Oh, um..."
"He didn't know. Me and Mr. Lim only know about it." Taehyung said.
Mr. Jeon nodded uncertainly. "You sure you guys are okay?"
"Yes, Mom."
"Yes, Aunty."
Both said in unison.

"Why don't you stay, why are you going?" Mrs. Jeon cried.
Taehyung pulled her into a tight embrace, "Aunty, please don't be like this," he whispered. Jungkook was watching them silently.
"Okay, please call me every day, okay? And be safe, take care of yourself, okay?"
"Okay, Aunty, I will. Now bye." She kissed his cheek and forehead.
"Bye," she whispered.
He smiled. His cab was standing in front of the house. He put his small suitcase in the back of the car. He turned his head to see Mrs. Jeon's sad, teary face as he stood in the doorway.
