“You definitely need to resist those urges to visit that monster. You seriously need to forget him and try to find someone else, preferably a survivor.” Sable crosses her arms, still concerned for you.
“I don't want to be that delusional girl that thinks she can fix the villain but I'm starting to think there's a chance. Especially if that whole trial wasn't a dream.” You let out a sigh. Sable gives off a disgusted look before shaking her head.
“You are becoming that “delusional girl” you are referencing.” Sable uses finger quotes for delusional girl. You look down and fiddle with your fingers, feeling rather awkward. As if the entity felt the tension, Sable gets sucked into a trial, leaving you alone with your thoughts.. they wander towards Leon and how he treats you. The fact that he saw you in such a vulnerable state. You hide your face with your hands, practically slamming your head on the table.
You hear some shuffling in front of you and notice a pair of legs under the table. You recognized the pants. “Did he read my mind or something?” You think, refusing to pick your head up.
“Kind of rude to ignore someone, hm?” Leon chuckles to which you finally lift your head, glaring. “I saw you alone and decided to check on you, if you wanted a serious reason for why I sat here.” Leon takes your hands in his, taking you by surprise. “I gave Chris a lecture.” You raise a brow, taking your hands away.
“Still trying to kiss my ass..” you mutter, “quit faking.” You plop your face back onto the table, not being able to see Leon’s expression.
“What if I'm not faking? What if I'm genuinely upset with Chris for missing a genuine opportunity to be with you?” Leon’s words come out so easily. Your brain isn't able to comprehend all of this relationship stuff. It feels like a silly fairytale that a bunch of attractive men want to be with you.
“I believe I understand what you are trying to say, Leon. But I can't right now.” You stand up from your seat. “I appreciate the attempt,” you pause, “if you're being genuine that is.” Leon stands as well, giving an expression you can't read. You decide it would be best to go back to your cabin. As you take your first steps, Leon grabs your arm and pulls you in for a hug. Your body stiffens, but only for a moment before you simply melt into the affection and bury your face into his chest.
“I could tell you needed this.” Leon chuckles, gently breaking away from the hug. “If you need anyone to talk to, I'm here.” He smirks and pats your head before leaving himself. His sudden action has left you smiling. It felt blissful to be held in that way. Unfortunately for you, you notice the thick fog surround you. All you can do is hope it's not Wesker.
Your surroundings change before you, being replaced with Dead Dawg Saloon. You happened to have been placed inside of the Saloon. Your first thought is the generator upstairs on the balcony. An important generator to do, usually.
You begin to work on the generator, making sure to pour all of your focus into it. All you want to do is be out of the trial. At the current moment, it's only irritating. It doesn't help that you have absolutely no clue who your survivor friends are this time, nor the killer. You become so focused on the generator that you don't notice the killer approaching you.
“Ahem, y/n.” The voice of Adriana startles you, causing a missed skill check. She chuckles as you stand and face her. “I hate that you're in a trial with me, I don't want to harm you.” She sighs, causing you to smile.
“That's sweet of you, but I don't want to get in trouble with my fellow survivors.” You cross your arms.
“Every killer has at least one survivor who they often let go or try to save for last. But you haven't come around lately, why is that?” You look away from Adriana.
“I don't know if I can face Wesker yet. I know it shouldn't stop me from visiting you and Danny though.” You feel Adriana’s hand pat your head.
“I must hunt down your survivor friends. I'll hook you twice and let you go.” Before you could get a chance to debate it, she leaves. Not without a generator being finished though. You take the opportunity to continue the generator you were already working on. Your mind wanders.. “Why is it that I get along with killers so well?” You think to yourself and remember what Adriana said. “Every killer likes at least one survivor, huh. I wonder why nobody ever brings it up.”
Skull Merchant kills all three of your teammates and hooks you twice, doing exactly as she promised. She lets you go through the hatch.
Once you're back in your cabin you immediately want to visit Adriana again. You don't want your odd mixture of fear and attraction of Wesker to prevent you from hanging out with your killer friends. You grab some manga you think Adriana would like and make your leave. You take a deep breath before entering the forest. You can feel your heart racing as you walk through the forest. Your body is filled with anxiety and fear. You try to not let this cloud your judgment, you attempt to replace those thoughts with happy thoughts of Danny and Adriana.
You find the killer’s camp with ease since you have been there a few times already. You scout the area, hiding behind a tree. Despite most killers not being aggressive outside of trials, some of them don't appreciate survivors stopping by. It seems like the only killers out are ones you haven't ever spoken to. You realize this makes things a little rough..
“Boo.” You feel two hands on your shoulders causing you to jump. You break away, turning around to see Danny, a cocky smirk on his face.
“Danny, what the hell!?” You whisper yell, not wanting the other killers to notice your presence. He shrugs. You stare him up and down, “Where is your mask?”
“I usually don’t wear it around the camp.. What are you doing here?” Danny notices the manga you’re carrying. “Adriana, I assume?” He chuckles, you simply nod. “I’m surprised you aren’t seeing Wesker.” The mention of Wesker causes your anxiety to spike again.
“Please, help me get to Adriana’s cabin.” You speak sternly with a slight voice crack. Danny gives you a nod, grabbing your arm and dragging you towards Adriana’s cabin. He makes sure to avoid any eyes. He helps you go through her cabin window, causing you to thump onto the floor.
“Y/N?” Adriana raises a brow as you pick yourself up off the floor. You notice her sitting on her bed, mask off. You are taken aback by how gorgeous she is.
“Oh, I’m sorry. I wanted to see you.” A slight blush finds its way onto your face. Adriana chuckles, getting off of her bed and taking the manga from you.
“I see, well I’m glad you decided to stop by. I enjoy your company.” She pats your head. “I am surprised that you aren’t here for Wesker.” Hearing his name makes you sigh. Adriana motions for you to sit on her small couch, which you do.
“I want to avoid him..” you pause for a moment, “and a few other people.” Adriana tilts her head before smirking.
“You seem to attract a lot of people. I can't blame them, you're beautiful.” She gives you a wink, her words take you off guard. The blush coming back to your face.
“Why are people so attracted to me? It wasn't like this back home.” You think to yourself but stay quiet. You don't know what to say to Adriana. Although she definitely seems like a better option then Wesker..
