As we walk down the sidewalk Luke looks down at me and smiles then looks at our intertwined fingers and smiles more.
"I really hope you like this date because I liked planning it." Luke says.
"I know I will love it because I will be with you." I say and kiss his cheek.
"We're almost there. We just have to go through the park." He says.
"Okay." I say.
We walk onto the grass and onto the walkway. Walking through the park is so beautiful. It's all extremely tall trees that the sun shines through and there is a big lake and benches to sit on in different places.
"Luke, I've never been here. It's beautiful." I say.
He stops and stands in front of me. He laces our fingers together on both hands and holds them to our sides. He looks in my eyes and smiles adorably.
"Not nearly as beautiful as you." He says.
"Awe Luke." I say.
He slowly starts to lean in and so do I.
"Oh hey Luke, and uh Cherry right?" Alexis interrupts us.
"It's Charlotte Alexis and you know that. You don't have a chance with Luke so go away and stop trying." I say.
She looks slightly taken aback.
"Little do you know Lukey actually likes me a lot. Isn't that right Lukey?" She asks.
She puts her hand on my shoulder and now I am beyond pissed.
"No it's not right. I think you are an ugly nasty fake whore who needs to leave me alone an stop trying. God I never liked you and I never will. Oh and only my girlfriend gets to call me Lukey. It's Luke to you. Or better yet don't call me anything because I don't want to see or talk to you ever fucking again. Got it?" Luke says.
I laugh and she fakes being hurt but really I think she is just confused.
"If Cherry wasn't in the picture I know you would crawl to me." She says.
"It's Charlotte and no I wouldn't you nasty skank. Bye." Luke says and lightly drags me away.
I burst out laughing and Luke looks at me.
"What's so funny?" He asks.
"You totally just slayed her babe. "I say.
Luke laughs. It's like music to my ears.
"I hope she didn't ruin our date." Luke says.
"Nope. Not one bit baby." I say.
"Good, because we are here." He says.
I look in front of me and we are at the carnival. Rides, games, things everywhere.
"Oh my god Luke thank you so much." I say jumping up and down like a little kid.
"You are so adorable." Luke says and picks me up.
"You are so strong." I say and poke his muscle.
He laughs at me and puts me down, intertwining our fingers. We walk up to the ticket booth.
"Two unlimited ride bracelets please." Luke says.
"25 dollars please." The man says.
Luke pays them and we each put our wrists in and he puts the bracelets on.
"The bracelets are only good until five." The man says.
"Okay thank you." Luke says.
He takes my hand and we walk into where everything is.
