Jungkook's eyes widened in surprise at the sudden kiss, but he quickly melted into it. Closing his eyes, he kissed back with passion.
Taehyung pulled Jungkook onto his lap, his arms wrapping securely around Jungkook's slim waist. Jungkook responded by looping his arms around Taehyung's neck, leaning into the embrace.
Taehyung's fingers tangled in Jungkook's hair, drawing him closer.
Taehyung gently patted Jungkook's back, his voice deep and firm as he whispered, "Don't you dare go to him. You're mine. Only mine. Do you understand?"
Jungkook nodded slowly, his breathing still heavy.
"Words, sweetheart," Taehyung coaxed softly, planting tender kisses on Jungkook's neck. "I want to hear you say it."
"Yes... I'm only yours," Jungkook whispered, his voice quiet but filled with conviction.
"Look at me, baby," Taehyung said, gently lifting Jungkook's face. He cupped his cheeks, planting a soft kiss on his lips.
"I know I'm your uncle, but not by blood. I'm your dad's best friend and business partner," Taehyung began, his voice heavy with emotion. "I know I'm older, but I couldn't stop myself from falling for you. At first, I only saw you as my friend's son, but as you grew up, my feelings changed.
"You made me feel alive again. After losing my mom, I stopped smiling, but you brought joy back into my life. You understand me better than anyone. Your kindness, your talks, even our fights... they all made me fall for you. I tried to resist, thinking it was wrong. But no matter how much I tried, I couldn't move on. I'm so deeply in love with you, Jungkook," Taehyung confessed, his eyes glistening with unshed tears.
"Why didn't you tell me sooner?" Jungkook asked, his voice trembling as tears streamed down his cheeks.
Taehyung let out a soft chuckle, his own tears falling. "I overheard you talking to your friend on your 17th birthday. You said you loved me, but your friend told you to forget about me because of the age gap and focus on your dreams. I didn't want to hold you back, so I kept quiet."
"You should've talked to me! Did you leave Korea because of this?" Jungkook's voice cracked with anger and hurt.
Taehyung nodded, guilt clear in his expression. "Yes. I thought distancing myself would help us both. I thought it was just a crush for you. I didn't want to ruin your future."
"You're so foolish! Did it help? Did you move on?" Jungkook asked, his voice breaking.
"I could never move on," Taehyung admitted softly.
