(It's been another six hours and Letty was exhausted. She was almost eight centimeters and now she was becoming nervous, and anxious about having her baby. Dom has been nothing but great either rubbing her back or whispering sweet words to her. Little B had a moment before he was put out because Letty was about to get into the birthing pool.)

Letty: (blows out) Owwww it hurts.

Dom: (kisses her shoulder) I know baby.

Letty: This is your fault.

Dom: I know.

Letty: (gives him a look) You will never touch me ever again.

Dr. Cole: (chuckle) I would be a millionaire how many times I've heard that and they end up right back a year later?

Marcela: Letty baby you need some ice chips?

Letty: (moans in pain) Mmmm no, I just need her to come out. I just want her to stop being stubborn and just come out. I'm so tired.

Dom: You're doing so good Letty.

Letty: (pushes him away) No don't touch me.

Dom: It's okay baby just breathe and stay calm.

Letty: (voice breaks) I am breathing.

(Just then another contraction rocks her body and she cannot hold in the pain. She grips Dom's hand tight as she buries her face in his chest. She could feel her mom's warm hand caressing her upper back.)

Marcela: You got this baby. You are about to bring the most precious blessing into the world who will bring so much joy. You're strong, look what you have been through and you still came out of it all. You've always been strong ever since you were just a small girl.

Letty: (sniffle) I wish Dad and Antonio were here.

Marcela: Trust me they are looking down right now smiling. Proud!

Letty: No one told me that it was going to be like this. I'm going to kill Mia.

(Everyone chuckles as another contraction hits and tears slip past her true eyes. Little B is standing behind his dad scared but he moves closer and places a hand on her belly. He leans down and places his head against her belly where he feels the baby move.)

Little B: (kiss the spot) It's ok Bean, your big brother B is here. We are all excited to meet you and I can't wait to hold you and show you all the cool things I know. But I need you to come on out so Mama won't be in pain anymore. Besides I'm sure it's way better in there than it is out here. But your eviction notice is up, so come on so we can drive Mom and Dad up the wall.

(Letty has tears falling down her face as she listens to her son coaching his sister to stop being stubborn.)

Dom: (laughs)You're teaching her to be bad before she even gets here.

Letty: Partners and Crime.

Dr. Cole: (walks up) Ok Letty, I need to check on you to see where you are ok?

Letty: (nods) Ok!

Dom: (kisses her forehead) We got this babe.

(Dr. Cole checks Letty and a smile breaks out across her face.)

Dr. Cole: One more centimeter to go but we can move you to the birthing bath now.

Dom: I will bring her.

Dr. Cole: Ok, and Mama can you grab the IV pole?

Marcela: Oh this is so exciting.

Letty: Mom can you take Little B out to Mia, please?
