Kellin's POV

"Oh my god kells, I brought the money to my dad and he was so proud of me. It was great, I can't thank you enough." Vic said over the phone.

"Like I said I didn't do anything it's all you. But you're welcome. You know I'd do anything for you." I respond and run my fingers through my hair.

" I know." He says, I could practically hear the smile on his face.

"You know if you want a job there I'm pretty sure Tays dad would be happy to give you one." I suggest.

"I wish, my dads pleased but not totally crazy, he would probably never agree to any of that." Vic said. I wanted to point out that he's twenty two and could do whatever he wanted but I knew he wouldn't. He wanted his parents approval as much as I did so he would never go through with it.

"Anyway I should probably go. I have to help Mike with his homework." He sighed.

"Okay, bye Vic. I love you." I say.

"Bye kells. Love you too." He said and then we hung up.

I loved the look on His face when I told him about the tracks. He was so happy and although I didn't do much I was still glad I had something to do with his happiness. Maybe when everything is said and done he'll remember this instead of hating me.

I was always telling myself things would be fine when we go our separate ways but as the time got closer I was filled with anxiety, anger, depression, heartbreak and anything else. If it was a negative emotion, I was feeling it. It couldn't be this bad forever though right?

I rolled up the sleeves to my stupid button up. I had, yet another date with Catherine. We were going to a park but we were taking a route that was unusual so no one would find us.

I took one last look in the mirror before running downstairs and getting into my car.

I took my time getting to Catherine's house. As soon as I got there she came out. She got in the car. She looked a bit over dressed for the park. She had a small black strapless shirt that didn't cover much other than her boobs, white skinny jeans and black stiletto heels. Her hair was back in a bun and her make up was too dark and over done ,not to mention the variety of black and gold jewelry she wore. She was actually pretty but it was hidden behind by her over exaggerated look.

"Hi babe." She said and leant in to kiss my cheek, making my stomach turn as always.

I say hello and get her talking by herself the whole ride over there. She loved talking about herself and I was always good at pretending to listen.

When we got to the park the place was very bright and sunny but the cool icy breeze took away from the piercing heat. There were tall green trees that would be fun to climb but I knew Catherine wouldn't dare. There were dark bushes and even a few dandelions here and there. In all the place was nice and somewhat relaxing.

"So did you see that article about us?" she asked as we pulled up to the huge park.

"Yes I did." I respond and go over to help her out of the car, a gesture I learned from Vic. She brought out an umbrella to 'save her fare skin from damage' and we began strolling around.

"It really did a good job capturing our relationship didnt it? I thought it was amazing, especially when it talked about us being a 'forbidden love'"she said getting way too excited for my liking, then again I had some sympathy for her. My parents were going to kill her father after all. As horrible as she was no one should have to deal with that.

"Yeah, but the best thing about that article is that you were in it." I say and she smiles. "Yeah I guess so." She said. God I can't believe she bought that cheesy line. Vic would have playfully shoved me and called me an idiot, maybe even roll his beautiful brown eyes.

Damn I'm in too deep.

"So kells," she began...

"Don't call me kells." I snap quickly. I didn't like the way it sounded from her. That was a thing only Vic and I had.

"Okay?...So how was your day Kelly?" She asked for the first time ever. I was a bit taken back by her kindness but she wasn't even looking at me when she asked the question so I guess this wasn't too odd.

"Uhm good, but it's better now that I'm here." I lie. Actually it was better when I was showing Vic how much money his tracks made, I couldn't get that smile out of my head.

"You keep doing that." Catherine's voice said, interrupting my gaze.
"Doing what?" I ask.
"dazing off." She stated disapprovingly.

"Sorry babe I've just been really stressed because of work and all that."I explain.

At that she takes a step infront of me, stopping me from walking. Her arms travel around my neck and her soft features were only inches from mine. "Then let me take away some of that stress." She says and leans in to kiss me. I kissed back, as always I tried to be as convincing as possible that I liked it. I was genuinely a good kisser but it's sort of like me trying to make out with a dog, it just doesn't work. She seemed to love it though as I bit her lip.

That's when I heard something. A crack or maybe a flash. I pulled away from Catherine and looked around for the source of the sound.

And that's when I saw it. A photographer with his camera who was hiding in the bushes taking pictures of Catherine and I. My heart stopped.

No this can't be happening. Not now.
