Minho's eyes stared blankly, his mind consumed by the weight of Jisung's secret. The hospital's revelation had left him reeling, his thoughts tangled in a web of guilt, regret, and sorrow.

"How could I have been so blind?" Minho wondered, his voice barely above a whisper.

The memory of Jisung's pale face, his eyes sunken with pain, and his fragile body wracked with coughing, haunted Minho. He couldn't shake off the feeling that he was responsible for Jisung's suffering.

The revelation that Jisung had suffered from a heart condition as a child, without Minho's knowledge, hit him like a ton of bricks. And now, what did they mean? It happened again! Has. Jisung, keep it hiding from him all the time?

Minho's mind reeled as he thought about how Jisung had endured the pain and fear alone, without ever sharing his secret with him. Minho had been oblivious to Jisung's struggles, that he had never even suspected that something was wrong, made him feel like he had failed Jisung in the worst possible way,he knew he did, but this is worse.

He felt like he was drowning in a sea of sorrow, unable to escape the pain he had caused. He had hurt the one person who had loved him unconditionally. And yet, Minho had repaid that love with hurtful words and rejection, and that's the cause of Jisung's health...!

"What was I thinking?" He questioned himself, couldn't believe how cruel he had become, he hurt the heart who he once promised to protect forever. He breaks the heart that has been fragile since forever.  He knew what he was doing would hurt him, but he didn't hesitate to shed the boy to tears.

".......minho?" Mrs. Han was saying something to minho, but he seemed lost in thought. Jisung noticed and smiled awkwardly, trying to ease the tension. "Don't worry, Mom. I'll be fine. He'll be there, of course. We'll leave now," Jisung said, hugging his mother before turning to leave.

Mrs. Han nodded, reassured by Jisung's words. As Jisung glanced at MinHo, he could see the distant look in his eyes. MinHo had agreed to drop Jisung off at his apartment since his car was there, and Jisung's dad was not home. Mrs. Han had made the request just a few minutes ago, and MinHo had readily agreed.

As Jisung turned to leave, Minho's eyes followed him, and he instinctively followed behind, his movements mirroring Jisung's. With a respectful bow to Mrs. Han, he trailed after Jisung, his footsteps quiet on the pavement as he followed him to the car, his gaze never leaving Jisung's retreating back.

As they drove to Jisung's apartment, the silence between them was palpable, punctuated only by the soft hum of the engine. Minho's mind, however, was a whirlwind of thoughts and questions, his eyes fixed on the road ahead.

Before long, they arrived at Jisung's apartment, and Minho brought the car to a gentle stop. Jisung stirred, but his movement was abruptly halted by a wave of body pain that washed over him. He doubled over, clutching his stomach as a faint grimace twisted his features. MinHo's gaze snapped towards him, his eyes narrowing in concern as he took in Jisung's pained expression.

Despite his obvious discomfort, Jisung managed to swing his legs out of the car and shut the door behind him. But as he took his first step, his face contorted in pain, and Minho swiftly swooped in, scooping Jisung up in his arms. Jisung's eyes widened in suprised.

With gentle care, Minho began to walk towards the apartment, cradling Jisung close to his chest. Jisung's eyes drifted shut, his body relaxing into Minho's embrace as he let out a soft sigh. Minho's grip on him tightened, his heart aching with concern for the pain Jisung was trying to hide.

MinHo gently guided Jisung into the apartment, settling him onto the couch. He crouched down beside him, his eyes locked on Jisung's pain-etched face. "Where does it hurt?" he asked softly. Jisung hesitated, his body arched in discomfort, his stomach clenched in a subtle spasm. "My...my body," he whispered, his voice barely audible.
