Today's the big day, Stiles thought looking at himself in the mirror. A few months ago Derek had proposed. A fancy restaurant, a night of dancing, and the next thing Stiles new he was engaged. And it all comes down to this. Stiles adjusted his bow tie and jacket. "You look fine." Lydia said coming into the room and pulling him away from the mirror for the fourth time. "I messed up my hair putting on the shirt." Stiles replied allowing her to guide him to a chair. Grabbing the comb off the desk Lydia quickly fixed Stiles' ruffled hair (again). "Sit here, do not move, and do not run your hands through your hair again or so help me Stilinski I will have Jackson help you." Lydia said as she found his dress shoes. Stiles obediently kept his hands locked on his lap as she brought over the shoes and the flower clip thing for his jacket. Stiles slipped on the shiny black shoes and then sat still as Lydia pinned the white flower to his chest. "How do I look?" Stiles asked as she stepped back to admire her work. Lydia regarded the sharp black tux, Stiles' for once groomed hair, and his shining eyes. "You look amazing." Lydia said. "The cuff links!" Lydia exclaimed realizing what had been missing. Stiles looked momentarily panicked. "I'll find them, stay here." Lydia said dashing out of the room. "And keep your hands out of your hair!" she called from the hall way. Stiles froze and slowly lowered his hand.

Derek was pacing again as Laura and Peter entered the room. Peter rolled his eyes at his nervous nephew, and grabbed his arm leading him over to a chair. Laura went to work on her brother's laces and Peter began to tie his tie. "This is really happening." Derek said as his uncle cinched up the fabric around his neck. "Not if you don't hurry up and get ready." he replied centering the Windsor before stepping back to find Derek's jacket. "I'm actually finally marrying Stiles." Derek said slumping against the chair. Laura flicked his nose. "You're in love I get it but you need to help us out if we're going to pull off this wedding." she commanded pulling her brother to his feet. That seemed to snap Derek out of it. "Where is your goddamn jacket?" Peter snapped stepping out of the closet. Derek bent down and pulled it from beneath the desk. Shrugging it on he let Laura smooth out the wrinkles as he regarded himself in the mirror. "I'm glad we decided to both have a best man and maid of honour I couldn't imagine doing this without either of you." Derek said handing Laura a set of cufflinks. She smiled at her little brother as she snapped them into place. Laura adjusted Derek's collar as Peter grabbed something off the desk. "Aren't these supposed to be with the other groom?" he asked holding up Stiles' silver cuff links. With a gasp Laura practically shoved Peter out the door with commands of getting them to Stiles. Derek finished with his hair and stepped back from the mirror. Laura stared at her brother. Derek was in a fitted black tux with a crisp white dress shirt and black silk tie. His hair was gelled up and his eyes were shining. "What?" Derek asked with a light smile. "My baby brother's getting married." Laura said fanning at her eyes and trying not to cry. Derek's smile broke into a grin as he stepped forward and pulled his sister into a hug. "And you're gonna be right there beside me." he said into her hair. "I wish mom and dad were here. They'd be so proud of you." Laura said pulling back to smile at her brother. "Yeah but I've still got you." Derek said. "And Peter." Laura added. "He's a great help." They both burst out laughing and Derek let her lead him from the room.

Peter turned the corner and ran into Lydia. "Lydia could you-". "Peter I don't have time I have to find Stiles cuff links." Lydia said pushing past him. "You mean these?" Peter asked holding up the items in question. "Yes!" Lydia said grabbing them and rushing off. Peter shook his head and started for the room where this was all going to happen. Derek was already standing at the alter with Laura by his side. Laura finished whatever she was saying and stepped down from the alter. Grabbing Peter on the way she quickly entered the hall where everyone was to get paired up.
