The Good Girl Meets The Bad Guy

TGGMTBG- Chapter 2

Hours came by and I didn't notice it is already time to go home. I packed my things and went home. My brother Mark has practice that's why I will walk home.

When I came home, I took a shower and tied my hair in a messy bun. I did my homework so I can relax after that. When I finally finished my homework, I got my Iphone and listened to music then suddenly....someone just entered my room and snatched my phone! Mark.....

"Mark! Give it back!" I shouted "Then you have to get it from me." he replied then he stick his tongue out. "Oh! When I catch you, you're going to be so-"

We were interrupted by mom who entered the house with groceries on her hands. "Kids! I'm home! Wait, are you two fighting again?!" she said then placed the goods on the counter. "No mom, we're not fighting, we are actually fine, right sis?" Mark said walking beside me then he handed me my phone. "Right! We are perfectly fine." I said sarcastically and I gave him a glare but he wasn't affected. "Uh-okay" mom replied but she doesn't seem convinced. She just proceed to making food for the three of us. If you're wondering where my father is, well he is out of town to work. Hmm, I kinda miss him.

When we are done eating, Mark sat on the couch and then asked me "Hey Leigh, are you busy?" then turned the TV on. "Uh, I am finished with my homework, why did you ask?" I said, wondering why he changed his mood so quick. Awhile ago, he is very annoying then now he seems calm like nothing happened minutes ago. "Good, let's have a movie marathon. Oh, and by the way, nothing's wrong with me and don't think too loud." he grinned, so I gave him a glare. "Shut up".

So I joined him and watched movies. We ate popcorns and sodas. Even though Mark is an annoying brother sometimes, I still love him. He helps me if I need one and I also help him if he is in big trouble especially if he's drunk. Well he's 18 so he's legal, don't worry...

The awkward moment filled the room while we are watching when he finally broke the silence and asked "So, how's school? Are you okay? Is there someone bullying you? Just tell me." I was surprised with what he asked. He's been acting weird. "School's fine and I'm fine, don't worry." I replied. "O-okay, but if there's a problem tell me." he said looking at me with a smile on his face. He's really strange, I have an idea....."Aww, Mark you're so sweet. Looks like someone needs a HUG!!" I looked at him with an evil grin. His eyes grew wide open and said "Oh no! Please! No hugs, please!" but it was too late. I hugged him really really tight but since he's a guy he was able to get off easily and for his revenge he tickled me really hard. I screamed and laughed at the same time and I was catching my breath "Okay! You win! You win! Are you really going to tickle me until I die?!" He chuckled and said "Maybe. Just kidding. Okay, playtime is over,we still have school tomorrow. We don't want to be punished by mom for waking up late, right?" "I agree, goodnight Mark." I said and went to my room and went to sleep.

When I woke up, I looked at my phone and saw that it is 5:45am, its too early to get up but I can't sleep anymore so I decided to get up and did some exercise before taking a bath. I fixed my hair with a ponytail and went downstairs to eat breakfast. I got a bowl to eat cereals then I sat down on the couch and relax. I heard footsteps then I looked back to see mom who was surprised and said "Leigh, sweetie, you're so early. Are you hungry? I'll make breakfast." "Mom, it's fine I already ate breakfast. No need to rush." I smiled at her and sat on the couch again. This couch is really comfy. I like it.

I went to school early enough to talk with my friends. When I came, their faces seem to be happy so I asked them "What's with your faces? You seem to be really happy. Did a celebrity came here to make you really happy today?!" I gave them a confused look. "Leigh, didn't you hear?! There's a transfer student and some people said he's handsome." Alexa said looking excited. "Uh, puhlease I'm pretty sure he is a naughty boy like the others." Roxanne said in an irritated tone. "Rox, don't be too pessimistic, maybe he's a good guy." Cassie added. "I believe that guy is friends with Jake's group, they are seen together playing basketball." Hailey interrupted. "I knew it! He will be one of our bullies again." Roxanne said. "Wait! Not all of Jake's group are bad, right Leigh?!" Cassie defended.

I know not all of Jake's group are bad guys, Jason is not. In fact he is my dream guy. I think he's nice. But you're not sure if he is nice because you haven't met him personally. Ahh!! I'm fighting with my thoughts again. I should-

"Hey, Leigh! Are you alright? You seem to have a problem." Hailey asked giving me a concerned look. "I'm perfectly fine, no need to worry. I was just......thinking." I replied. "Who are thinking about?! Is it Jason?!" Cassie teased me and gave me a wide grin. "What?! No, I'm not thinking of him, promise." I lied. Then the bell rang and its time for Homeroom. "See you guys later!" I said and waved goodbye.

When I was about to go to my homeroom class someone called my name.........I wonder who it is......

So this is my second chapter so I hope you like it! I'm really sorry if it is short. I promise to make it longer on my next chapters.....
