Minho's words hung in the air, a challenge to Jisung's assertion that he couldn't stay. Minho's gaze remained fixed on him, his eyes burning with an intensity that made Jisung's heart skip a beat.

"No, that's not what i meant. I just think it's better if you go home," Jisung stammered, trying to sound firm but feeling his resolve weaken under Minho's scrutiny.

Minho's expression darkened, his eyes flashing with a mix of frustration and annoyance. "Fine, I'll leave," he snapped, his voice low and tight, before turning on his heel to make a swift exit. The words spilled out in a tone that was more bitter than resigned, as if he was fed up with the entire conversation.

As Minho approached the door, Jisung's voice halted him. "Minho, wait!" he exclaimed, his tone laced with concern.

Minho stopped in his tracks, but he didn't turn around. Jisung stepped in front of him, his gaze softly meeting Minho's. His entire expression was a picture of gentle solicitude, a stark contrast to Minho's upset and annoyed face.

For a moment, the two men simply stood there, locked in a silent understanding. Minho's rigid posture faltered, his emotions shifting as he gazed into Jisung's soft, beseeching eyes.

"Don't be mad," Jisung whispered, his voice a soothing balm to Minho's frazzled nerves.

"I don't want you to feel obligated to come see me all the time," Jisung continued, his voice filled with a mix of gratitude and concern. "You have other priorities, other people who need you more than I do."

Minho's gaze softened as he looked at Jisung, his chest rising with a calming breath. He felt a pang in his heart, wishing that Jisung knew the truth - that to him, Jisung was the only one who truly mattered. In a world filled with countless faces, Jisung's was the only one that held any significance. If only Jisung knew that he was Minho's forever priority, his one and only.

"That's all you worry about?" Minho asked, his voice calm and gentle.

Jisung's eyes locked onto his, and Minho took a step closer, his fingers intertwining with Jisung's in a comforting grasp.

"Jisung," Minho said softly, his voice filled with sincerity. "From the start, I vowed to do everything in my power to make things right between us. I promised myself that I'd become a better person, one who deserves your friendship and trust. I want to make amends for the pain I've caused and see you happy again. I want us to rebuild our friendship, stronger and more meaningful than ever."

Jisung's eyes searched Minho's, and Minho's gaze held steady, filled with a deep longing to reconnect. He took a gentle step closer, his voice barely above a whisper.

"Can we...start again, Jisung? Can we go back to how things used to be between us?"

Minho's gaze enveloped Jisung in warmth, his eyes shining with vulnerability. "Will you forgive me?" he asked, his voice trembling with emotion.

"Will you reconsider me as your friend again?"

"The one who promised to be by your side through every up and down?" Minho's voice whispered, his words dripping with affection.

"I want to be the one you turn to when you need someone to listen," Minho said, his voice a gentle breeze. "I want to be the one who makes you smile when you're feeling down. I want to be your safe haven, your friend... just like we've always been, since we were young."

Minho's eyes locked onto Jisung's, filled with a deep sincerity. "We've shared every milestone, every laughter, and every tear. We've been through thick and thin, and I promise to be more patient, more understanding, and more supportive. I promise to be the friend you deserve, Jisung... the friend I've always been, and always will be."
