The bass of the music reverberated through the dark, neon-lit club, vibrating against the walls like a heartbeat, pulsing through the floor, through the bodies pressed together, through the air thick with heat and tension. A sultry voice dripped through the speakers, rich and commanding—

I'm too classy for this world... Forever I'm that girl...

Leehan leaned back against the bar, his head tilting just enough to let his eyes catch the flicker of the LED lights above the dance floor. His fingers tapped against the rim of his glass, slow and calculated, matching the beat of the song that seemed to wrap itself around him. He could feel the weight of a gaze burning into him, the sensation slithering over his skin, curling around his neck like an invisible tether.

He didn't need to look to know who it was.

Han Taesan.

Even in a sea of bodies, Taesan stood out like a king among pawns—shoulders back, head high, exuding a confidence that was equal parts effortless and devastating. Dressed in all black, his shirt unbuttoned just enough to reveal a sliver of toned skin, the slight sheen of sweat on his collarbones catching the glow of the strobes. His eyes were locked on Leehan, hooded, dark, filled with something between amusement and desire.

Leehan turned his head slightly, meeting Taesan's gaze head-on, the corner of his mouth lifting into something almost smug, almost challenging.

No one else in this world can think like me.

The words of the song licked against his ears, taunting, teasing, just like the man across the room.

Taesan moved first. Of course, he did. The man never waited, never hesitated, and never let Leehan have the upper hand for long. He strode through the crowd, fluid and precise, the air around him seeming to shift as people unconsciously made way. By the time he was close enough that Leehan could smell the mix of cologne and sweat clinging to his skin, the temperature between them had already risen to a dangerous level.

"Didn't think I'd see you here tonight," Taesan murmured, voice smooth, laced with something that made Leehan's fingers curl around his glass a little tighter.

"And yet, here you are," Leehan shot back, tilting his head up, his breath grazing Taesan's chin.

Taesan's lips twitched, but his eyes darkened. "You think I wouldn't show up when you're out here looking like this?" His gaze dropped deliberately, raking over Leehan's fitted silk shirt, the top buttons undone, teasing smooth skin and collarbones. His hands, warm and firm, found Leehan's waist, fingers pressing in just enough to make him shiver.

Unique.

Leehan didn't flinch, didn't pull away. Instead, he smirked, letting his own hands slide up Taesan's chest, feeling the taut muscles beneath his fingertips. "You always talk so much, but do you ever actually do anything about it?" he mused, voice laced with provocation.

Taesan didn't need to be told twice.

In a movement so swift it left Leehan breathless, Taesan had him pressed against the bar, one knee between his legs, hands gripping his hips, pulling him closer until there was nothing—nothing—but heat between them. The music swelled around them, the lyrics wrapping their moment in a cocoon of sultry, intoxicating energy.

I'm too classy to be touched. I pay them all in dust. I'm stingy with my love.

"You like playing games, huh?" Taesan breathed against his ear, his lips grazing the skin just below. "Tell me, Leehan—who exactly do you think you're teasing?"

Leehan's breath hitched as Taesan's mouth moved lower, just enough to make his knees threaten to buckle. His hands fisted in the fabric of Taesan's shirt, the world around them blurring into nothing but the heat, the music, and the intoxicating press of Taesan's body against his own.

Leehan licked his lips, his voice low, dripping with challenge. "Wouldn't you like to find out?"

Taesan's grin was nothing short of predatory. "Oh, I will." And with that, he captured Leehan's lips in a searing kiss—hot, demanding, utterly consuming.

The club may have been filled with people, but in that moment, in the midst of flashing lights and pulsing beats, they were the only ones who existed.

Alien superstar.
