What better way to start off the morning with eggs and Bacon.
"Mom these eggs are delicious" said Allyson
"Thank you dear" , "Mom's secret egg recipe"
As I sat there enjoying moms eggs, I thought about my day ahead...
"Hey mom can I go over Iris's house today?" Said Allyson
"Yes, but make sure you finish your homework first." She said.
"Okay, I'm already finished, so can I head out now?" Allyson said.
"Yeah, sure, just don't be home too late". She said
"Okay, Im going to call her, see you later, love you". Allyson said.
"Love you too, have fun". Her mom said.
As Allyson walks out, she calls Iris to make sure she's home, as she's walking, she notices a gleaming light on the hill. As she grows interest, she texts Iris saying she'll be there later.
A half an hour goes by, and she reaches the hill. She enters the hole in the side, it's dark,cold and very silent. She sees a dim light and starts to follow it.
After a few steps into the darkness she's here's a noise...
"HELLO..?" she said
She hears faint grunting noise.
She continues to walk towards the light, she then finds a man, laying on the ground,whispering unrecognizable words. She creeps closer to the man.
"Are you hurt?, do you need help? She said.
" No, I'm fine, just a little Ill that's all" said the Time Keeper
"Why are you here?" He said
"I seen a light coming from this place, it caught my attention, so I came here." She said
"You shouldn't have came here." He said, as he coughs terribly
"I'm sorry, you seem very sick, are you sure you don't need help?" She said
"Ill be fine, just a little sickness, I can handle it." He said
As they sit there and talk for awhile, she still grows more and more curious, she's afraid to ask any questions but her curiosity is taking over.
"What is it that you do here?" She said
"I am the time keeper." He said
"What?... Time Keeper? How did you become the Time Keeper?" She said.
"Well young... uhhh what's your name.?" He said
"Allyson, my name is Allyson." She said.
"Okay, well young Allyson, I was chosen to become the time keeper, I was given the task to watch over all of time, it's my job to protect what we have from being ruined." He said
As she sits there amazed by his stories, she realizes that it's become far too late, and she must get home. She asked if she can return to hear more,
"Yes young one, you may return, but it's at a cost." He said
"What is it?" She said
"You will find out " he said
