A/N 27/6/22 - omg guys, I fucking can't with this. It's like peak Wattpad, it has the proper shitiness where you comment about how stupid every paragraph is and I'm losing my mind. It's so bad. Death. Destruction. And the extinction of humanity. This is the state of the world.
Fear. Sadness. And loss. This is the state of the people. Especially those of the Scouts.
You knew what would become of you if you joined, but you had no choice. You were used to death and could live with it. But you couldn't live with loneliness and having others suffer the same fate. So you joined the cadets. You were one of the few that had actually seen a Titan and witnessed what destruction they could cause.
The time had come when you had to decide whether to join the Scouts or the Military Police. It was obvious, you had decided from the start.
Staying behind along with Eren, Armin, Mikasa, Sasha and the others, you had become a Scout.
- 9 months later -
"It all started when they breached Wall Maria..."
You were listening to the story of why Armin decided to join the cadets and become a scout when you felt like someone was watching you. It was him, Levi.

"Levi, it's time." Erwin walked up to Levi. "Alright." He replied and followed after him. While walking Levi took another glimpse of you and smiled.
You were walking towards a table that held loaves of bread when you tripped and fell into Connie. Levi grew furious and looked away, cursing Connie in his mind.
He made his way to the front and cleared his throat. "So I have some news..." Levi started but nobody heard him over the loud chatter among the scouts. Still angry from the last event he gritted his teeth and prepared himself to yell. But before he could, Erwin stepped up and he started to yell. "Everyone! Shut up! Captain Levi had something to say! We are going outside the walls once again."
This statement brought up chatter and fear among the scouts. Levi walked off, a little pissed off by everything. "I didn't need your help I could have dealt with it myself." He spat and turned the corner out of the room.
Once he was around the corner he leaned up against the wall and sighed. He heard footsteps and looked up and saw you. Levi's heart was beating fast and he was sweating.
You smiled when you found him and walked up to him. "Captain Levi, I'm sorry about not listening." You apologised but he didn't care.
The way you said his name. He had to bite the inside of his lip to hold himself back. "Just call me Levi when we are alone." He replied in a monotonous voice. As much as he loved you, he hid it. But now it's getting to him, he is going crazy. He can't stop thinking about you and all the things he would do, to make you his and his alone. He had to do something to make sure no one else could have you.
You blushed and nodded your head, 'He spoke to me! Personally!' You thought as you walked off. Yes, indeed you had a crush on him. But even mutual feelings wasn't enough in the end.

As you were listening to the plan you were also freaking out. This may have been your 2nd time outside of the walls but it still was freaking scary!
This time was different to the first. Instead of splitting into groups you were altogether. Armin and few others were against it. All of us together would surely attract a large amount of Titans but Erwin said he had thought up a new strategy, so we went along with it.
You heard someone shout so you knocked yourself out of you daydream state and saw a 14 metre Titan heading your way. "Are you serious!? We just got out here and we see a freaking 14 metre!"
"(Y/N)! Stop yelling and get out of the way!" Erwin demanded and you guided your horse into a different direction but it was no use. The Titan kicked your horse and you fell off. You broke your arm from the impact of the fall. You were stuck there, the Titan leaning over you.

Levi saw everything and he lead his horse to where you were.
"(Y/N)-"
"(Y/N)!" Connie cut through Levi's sentence and used his 3DM gear to save you, flying over the top of Levi.
Connie pushed you out of the way just before the Titan grabbed you, knocking you out. All the others left and the only one that could save Connie was Levi.
"Levi! Help me!" Connie begged with tears in his eyes. Levi grinned. "No, I don't think I will. You have gotten in the way too many times." Levi replied while picking you up and placing you on his horse.
"Levi!" Connie screamed in absolute fear which then turned into a scream of pain. After that, all that could be heard was Levi's sadistic laugh. He galloped off. He had to admit, having Connie's blood on his body was amazing not caring at all that it was disgusting and filthy.
