Chapter 4: Finding Violet and Tilla

Hey, it's me again. Hope you're liking the story so far. I just found out how to put videos in my story, so I used Heart Attack by Demi Lovato music video. The reason why I used this video was it kinda relates to how Neon is starting to feel about Zero. So, she's gonna put her defenses up, cuz she doesn't wanna fall in love. If she ever did that, she might have a heart attack.

Zero and Neon got back to Maverick Hunter HQ. "Good job Zero." Alia said. Neon was looking around in amazement. "Wow, this is the Maverick Hunters Head Quarters!" she thought. She was then told to come see Alia and the others. "My name is Alia. You must be Neon, right?" she asked. "Yes, I'm Neon." she answered.

"So, you guys knew I was at Alpha Corporation, which was why you sent in Zero, right?" Neon asked. "Yes." Alia answered. "We knew something suspicious was going on over there, and looking at your info, you are a very special Reploid."

Neon's eyes widened. She was considered special. "I suppose you know about me having a secret power that no one including myself knows about." she asked. "Right again." Alia replied. "Do you think there's a way I can find my hidden power? Maybe I have to go look for it." Neon said.

"Hmm." Alia said. "That sounds logical. Maybe you're right. You go wander around Central City, if you want." Neon nodded in agreement. "Have Zero come with you." Signas added. Zero slowly nodded his head. X and Axl were smirking at him. Zero gave them a dirty look, and walked away with Neon.

"So, you think you could find your hidden power by looking for it?" Zero asked Neon. "Well, no. I just wanted to see what Central City looks like." she answered. "Oh." Zero said. "Well, this is going to be fun." Zero thought.

As they continued walking, they hear shouting. "You think I know everything around here?" a high-pitched voice screeched. "Hey, I think I know that voice." Neon said. Then, another voice shouted, "Ugh! This is hopeless. We'll never find her!" Neon gasped. "I do know them!" she started skating off on her rocket shoes.

"Hey! Wait!" Zero shouted, as he ran off for her. Neon finally reached the place where she heard the voices. It was her friends Violet and Tilla. They noticed Neon was right there and gasped. "Neon!" They shouted. Tilla hugged Neon while Violet was smiling at her. "Did anything bad happened to you?" Violet asked.

"Well, turns out Alpha Corporation isn't what they say they are. They wanted to turn me into a Maverick!" Neon told them. "But, I got rescued by..."she paused. "Zero!" "What?!" They asked. Then, right on que, Zero shows up, out of breath. "huff, puff, Don't ever do that again!" Zero said.

Tilla's mouth dropped. Violet was confused. She pointed at Neon, then at Zero, then back to Neon."Wha-what is going on? Aren't you suppose to be fangirling right now?" she asked. "No...I already did that. When I was being chased by Mavericks, Zero jumped in, used his epic fighting skills, and destroyed the Mavericks." Neon answered.

"That was when I started freaking out. Now, I'm all good. Oh, and sorry, Zero." she apologized for making Zero having to sprint the heck out to catch up to Neon. "It's okay." he said, catching his breath. "So, these are your friends? That's why you knew those voices we heard?" he asked. "Yep." she replied, smiling.

"Oh. You heard us shouting? Whoops." Tilla smilled sheepishly. "We got lost, and started to get angry with each other." Then, Tilla realized something. "Oh! I amost forgot! My name is Tilla, and this is Violet." she said, pointing to Violet. Zero nodded his head. "So guys." Neon said to Tilla and Violet. "I need help finding my hidden power, you know, and I don't know how I can find it."

"Why do you need to find your hidden power?" Violet asked. "Well, it could be very useful for the Maverick Hunters, and I want to use this power to help the good." Neon answered. Tilla thought for a minute. Then she had and idea. "I think, you can't just find it. It has to find you. Meaning, it'll probably come naturally."

"Yeah, I think your powers will come when the time is right." Zero said to Neon. "Well, if you guys think that, I'll have to be patient." Neon noted. "We should go back to HQ and tell the others that." Zero said. "HQ?" Violet asked. "Maverick Hunters HQ." Neon told them.

"Woah! We get to go to their Head Quarters? Cool!" Tilla exclaimed. They all headed back to the HQ to tell the others about how they can find Neon's hidden power.
