Chapter 16 Part 2- Bliss's Identity & Future Powers

After School – Heaven's Mom's Office

I closed the office door behind me, double-checking that it was locked before pulling out my Ghostforce phone. The screen lit up as I called Miss Jones. The phone rang only once before she answered.

"Heaven," Miss Jones—Auntie Tara—greeted warmly. "I was expecting your call."

"Hey, Auntie Tara," I said, taking a deep breath. "I'm ready. I want to reveal myself to the rest of the Ghostforce."

There was a pause before she responded. "That is great. I knew this day would come."

I nodded "They deserve to know, and it'll help us all in the long run. I want to work with you to upgrade their medallions and be able to talk to their ghostlings."

Miss Jones hummed in thought. "You're just like your mother, always thinking ahead. Alright. Come to the lab now. I'll call them over after you arrive."

"On it." I ended the call and took a deep breath. This was it.

I placed my medallion on my chest and confidently said, "Bliss."

A bright glow surrounded me as my Ghostforce suit formed, and within seconds, I was airborne.

At the Ghostforce Lab

I arrived at the lab and immediately spotted Miss Jones and her tamed ghost, Glups. I landed smoothly and made myself visible just enough for Miss Jones to see me.

"Hey again," I greeted.

Miss Jones gave me an approving smile. "Perfect timing."

I turned invisible just as she sent out the call to the rest of the Ghostforce team. It didn't take long for them to arrive, all of them curious and slightly suspicious.

"What's the surprise, Miss Jones?" Andy asked, raising an eyebrow.

Miss Jones smirked. "See for yourself."

I took a deep breath before making myself visible, floating slightly above them. "Surprise Hi everyone," I said with a grin.

Andy and Liv's eyes widened instantly as I greeted them. "Hi, cousin. Hi, bestie."

Their jaws dropped. "Heaven?!" they exclaimed in unison.

I laughed before landing on my feet. "Yep, it's me. You guys finally figure it out"

The rest of the team stared at me in shock. Mike blinked. "Wait... what?"

Charlie ran a hand through his hair. "You're Bliss?! This whole time?!"

I nodded before taking off my medallion. "Aultra, time to rest."

As I detransformed, Aultra appeared beside me, purring happily. "Finally! I get to meet you all properly!"

Liv gasped. "Your ghost can talk?!"

Aultra chuckled. "Of course! It's nice to meet the owners of my friends Octocat, Dragoyle, Growmax, and Azulix."

The rest of the Ghostforce were still processing everything, but they instinctively reached out to pet Aultra, who happily nuzzled them in return.

I smiled. "Our tamed ghosts are called Ghostlings which I told Auntie Tara about. They have way more potential than we realized."

Andy narrowed his eyes slightly. "Okay that's cool, but... why do you call Miss Jones 'Auntie Tara'?"

Miss Jones chuckled. "Because I'm friends with Heaven's mom, Lia Baker. She was part of the first generation of the Ghostforce team. Her mother advanced her medallion which is why Heaven's medallion and her powers are different from ours."

That sent the group into another round of shocked silence.

Liv's eyes practically sparkled. "Wait, so that means... you and Miss Jones are going to help us upgrade our medallions?"

I grinned. "Yep! You'll be able to talk to your tamed ghosts, just like mine."

Mike pumped his fist. "This is awesome!"

Charlie nodded. "This changes everything."

Andy, though still processing, smiled. "Well, looks like we have a lot to look forward to."

I nodded, excitement bubbling inside me.

This was just the beginning.
