Chapter 5- Surprise!

Chapter 5

Harry's POV:

Planning for a surprise to Zayn is one of the first things that came in my mind so I bought a chocolate cake before informing the boys. I didn't expect that Louis was also planning the same thing with me and he also bought food like crackers, biscuits, peanuts, potatoes, fries, pizza, and everything that came in his mind. We arrived at the same time in our place so he handed me the bag he was holding 'cause he offered to open the door.

***Flashback

"Hey, Haz! What's that? A cake?" Louis told me coming in my way.

"Yes, Louis. I plan to eat this at Zayn's place. We'll surprise him. I wanna see him. I miss those high notes, argh!" I told him.

"Woah! Are we twins? That's the same thing that I was thinking awhile ago so I bought these food and I know they'll gonna be happy." He said happily.

"We will all be happy, Louis. Don't worry. But...is Zayn in his place this time? What if he's not there?" I started to wonder.

"He's there. I know Zayn is still in there." He told me.

"Okaaay. I'll be paying you for those foods you've bought. Is it okay for you?" I asked him without any reason.

"Why? What are you thinking? I have my own cash, Harry Styles. I can still handle."

"I just wanna help. I can also drive if you want. I know you were not feeling well and you've also dealt with different problems in your life." I thoughtfully said.

"Okay. Thanks for your concern, though I am not used to it. Hahahaha! You know I don't waste opportunities. I usually grab them! Thank you!" He said.

"But I am going to drive. Now that I know how to, I am going to because I love it. Come on. Hold this for a minute. You're gonna pay me for these, right? And I'm going to open the door. Let's inform Niall and Liam, too." He added.

"Sure. No problem." I said.

I grabbed the bag he was holding and told Niall and Liam, who were talking in the couch, about the plan. Liam was quite worried about Zayn's presence but we told him that Zayn will surely be in his place. I know it. I have this instinct which is always true and I'm happy about my luck in times like this. Maybe, I lack luck in girls. But my lads used to tell me that they adore my charm to girls. Yes, I am happy that I have that "charm" but it hurts because I can't be with the girl whom I really want because other girls try to ruin what I already have. I gotta move on. Yeah.

In our way, Niall broke the silence by singing Shake It Off. It alarmed me because the owner, who is the singer-songwriter of the song, is very significant to my heart. It was almost two years ago when she and I met here in America and we really got into good relationship like for two or three months. I got her number from a friend, not Niall, and started to build my good and nice relationship with her. We've been hanging out and attended different parties together. I always offer to be her escort before. I know it happened really fast but I also know that what I felt before was just a simple puppy love or a fling that I have been used to before. So, nothing is different and new. I can say that I did not cheat to her because we actually did not have any label in our relationship. It's just that we got into that point where we depended on each other that much. I told her that I love her because it is what I usually say to those crushes that I've had a good relationship.
