Clara Williams is sixteen years old and has few friends. Her mom skipped town with the next door neighbor when she was a month old and noone has heard ffrom her since then. Clara lives with her dad who is a sheriff and isn't home alot., and her stepmom, Jacey. Unlike most children with stepparents, Clara and Jacey get along surprisingly well. Clara spends a lot of her time reading, or painting. She hangs out with her friends as much as the next sixteen year old.
