Withthick, spicy lamb curries, You're sure to feel as though you're trulywithin a bustling city in India. Yet, if perhaps you're not quitefeeling the curry, you also have the options of Beef Stews,Hamburgers, and even a handful of Chinese dishes which are all justas delicious.
All surrounded by fresh veggies found in the local markets, all grown in Fiji. Meats that have been shipped in by New Zealand, are served commonly with a side of Rice, Casava (Tapioca root) or Roti (Indian Tortilla)
Fresh fish is often found fried, boiled, stewed and occasionally even Raw. having been caught that morning, the shipment of fish is brought quickly to nearby restaurateurs, and cooked into curries, Fish & Chips, and even spicy soups.
Local farmers tend to own Sheep, Goats, Chickens and a small amount of cattle. Though not always butchered for meat, Fresh Eggs, and milk can be found in certain stores all throughout the town, for you to take home and use to cook in a few of your own recipes!
