The Night We Met|Part One

I know this probably sucks really bad, but its my first story ever, and i tried my best but i haven't really chosen a writing style yet so sorry if you get confused. (By the way i have no idea why I'm writing this, nobody's going to read it)

Tyler's Pov
It's 7:30p.m. and Tyler was at him and his roomates house

"Debby why do we have to do this every time?" i couldn't help but complain.

"Just shut up and help me pick out an outfit, Ty" she begged, sticking out her lower lip and batting her eyelashes. I gave in every time she did that.

Debby and i have been best friends since we were in the 7th grade, and still are now as 21 year olds. I cant lie when i say, i used to actually think i was in love with Debby. But then i realized she wasnt for me, we were just friends. And by that i mean she was in love with this girl. So i got over her as they had been together for two months. And as of right now, i was helping her get ready for her dream date.

I helped her pick out her favorite plaid flannel and black skinny jeans so i went down to the kitchen to wait. I knew the house like the back of my hand and i took a cookie from her "secret" stash.
"Tyler, how do i- You took a cookie! How do you always find those?!"

"Debby, how do you always hide them in the same place and not expect me to always find them?" i chuckled as she began blushing. Just after that the doorbell rang and she rushes to the door.
"Jenna! You're here yay!" Jenna chuckles a bit.

Up until now i had never seen Jenna. Not even in a picture. And now that i have she is the prettiest girl ever. I dont think i was attracted to her in a romantic way though, and i have no ide why.

Debby began waving a hand in front of mt face "Tyler, Tyyyyylleeeeerrrrr. Tyler Robert Joseph!" I woke up from my trance.

"Huh, uh yeah?" "i said we're leaving now so please dont forget to lock the door. And for all your help we decided to bring you a somebody to hang out with" "Debs you di-" i stopped in my tracks when this really cute guy, if i say so myself, walks into my house. And with that she pecked my cheeck and was running out the door shouting "Love you Ty! Have fun!"

At first i couldn't stop staring at the guy, he had pink hair, black gauges, and a nose ring. Then i realize im staring and manage to put out the words "uh- hi, i-I'm Ty-Tyler"

"Hey man im Josh, i only know Debby through Jenna because she's my best friend. So what do you wanna do?"

"Uuh i dont, care? " great it came out as a question. Way to go Tyler, way to go.

"Ok. How about we get to know each other" his lips looked so soft as he said that-wait what happening. Straight Tyler, you're straight and thats it. "Tyler?" "Uh, yeah?" " I said, why dont we turn on a movie and talk?" "yeah sounds great"

I was romantically attracted to this guy. Dont get me wrong, nothings wrong with dating the opposite sex, i mean my best friend is as of this exact moment, but it just wasn't me.
"So um Josh, what movie you wanna watch?" out of all the movies i handed him he picked Perks of Being a Wallflower. "My favorite!" he was so cute as he got excited. "My favorite too!" i managed to say holding back the urge to just kiss him. I put the movie in and he asked me "so hey tyler, can i ask you something?"
"Yeah sure whats up? Are you ok!?" i was scared to death by this, yet i had to play it cool. Smooth Tyler, you just had to freak out.
"Yeah im all good, but you and Debby are close right? Does she only um..." his voice trailed off and he blushed of embarrassment.
"Yeah me and Debby are really close, and no she doesn't only date girls" in my head i was sobbing and screaming You shouldve lied to him, kept him all to yourself. But then his next words shocked me.
