PEACE WITHIN THROUGH EVERYBODY'S WILL
Walking across the street,
Still and tranquility meet;
With the sun that awakens me,
How I wish this would be reality.
How could you ever sleep smiling
If every now and then you think of
Possibilities of sounds unappealing -
Sounds of hate you never dreamt of.
Could you endure seeing yourself amid wars,
Walking at night with your fear not afar,
Letting you choose between the jars -
Basin of your own bizarre.
Peace - how I badly dream of it,
With everybody's smiles so sweet;
Can we not break the arousal of anger,
Words of loath - it can't make things better.
It's the dream a little child wished for,
A man's possession we shouldn't abhor,
Probably, a teen's awaited fate,
It's everybody's must to create.
It may sound so familiar,
Repeatedly said each day's hour;
But never did I figure it out,
Neither touched nor heard what it is all about.
Peace - something I never hold,
Something that cannot be sold;
It's something you could make as I told,
Something you are, you give away like gold.
Peace, peace, peace. Better not live without it;
You wouldn't know it's your kit
Towards happiness and bliss,
Reaching the finish line of victories.
