Gem, Sam, and Beth said their goodbye until 3rd period. Gem walked with the crowd to Professor Skaggs lecture for two periods. She got to her spot in the back left corner and waited for the other 200 students to get in their seats. 15 minutes later the room filled up with "Hello, students." After that Gem's mind went back to the latest Doctor Who episode. The lecture is the same one every single Tuesday and there was no test or homework. Then a period in the lecture her phone vibrated in her pocket. She took it out and hid it under the table. It was a text from Donna. Code 397. Code 397 is that Amelia and Rory are going out so Donna's boyfriend, Jack, is coming over. That means Gem just takes shelter in her room with a jar of Nutella from the kitchen. Gem looked back up and heard Professor Skaggs saying goodbye then the bell rang. Gem got her stuff together and started to head out. Gem walked to her next class with Sam and Beth.
