Emma's POV:
Miss Carly said there will be adopters today. I cheered along with the other kids. On adoption days, there's seconds at dinner and pudding for desert. I turn my attention to the door when I hear a knock.
"Ally, go answer the door please," Miss Carly says to one of the older girls. Ally gets up and opens the door. When she sees who it is, she screams and slams the door.
"Who was there Ally?" one of Ally's friends Kyra asks.
"Caspar Lee and Joe Sugg!" Ally yells. Some of the older girls scream and fix their hair. Miss Carly rolls her eyes and opens the door.
Miss Carly apologizes to them and leads them back to her office. Probably to look at files. But I don't know nothing about the adoption process. Miss Carly walks out with the two guys. She introduces them to many of the younger kids.
"And this is Emma she's seven," Miss Carly says, once they reach me.
"Hello Emma, my name is Caspar," the taller guy says.
"Like the ghost?" I question, motioning to the television in front of me. Currently playing Casper The Friendly Ghost. Caspar laughs but nods.
"And this is Joseph," Caspar points to the shorter guy. I wave and they walk back to Miss Carly's office. With Miss Carly of course.
I turn my attention back to the TV. Once the movie ends, I take it out of the player and put it in the case. Miss Carly comes out after a while with the two guys.
"Mr. Sugg and Mr. Lee have made their decision on who they're adopting," Miss Carly announced, getting the attention of the twenty or so girls in the room.
"We picked Emma," Caspar smiles. I jump up from the couch happily while some of the older girls try to act happy for me. I race over to Miss Carly and hug her legs. She smiles and softly pushes me towards Caspar and Joe.
I grab Caspar's hand and pull him upstairs to my room, to help me pack. We stuff my clothes and notebooks, coloring books, and dolls inside the suitcase. I slip my shoes on without socks, and put my sweatshirt on.
Caspar and I walk downstairs and wait for Joe. When he finally walks out of the office, we go out to their car and they drive me to my new house.
