The next few days I had cried so much my nose was all red and sore from blowing and my eyes seemed to be permanently red and puffy. I had told my mom everything that had happened and she did a good job making myself feel better. She even watched 2 full seasons of how I met your mother with me and Paster.

The past two nights I fell asleep debating on my decision. Seconds chances were always good but I didn't give one to Harry, and I still had this hopeless crush on him. I was starting to regret my decision. I kept replaying his words and every time his sorrowful face popped into my head. He was clearly stressed and truly sorry about everything he's done, but with everything he's done to me, I couldn't just focus on the fact that he called me cute and apologized, I needed to stay strong and do what was best for me. But as I sat alone at night crying I realized that maybe not being with Harry because of all the stuff he's done to me, isn't the best decision.

On the fifth day after Harry's apology my mom decided it was a good idea to take my little cousin Amanda to an arcade. She said it would take my mind off of Harry, and that I could have fun. But Amanda was 5, and as much as I loved kids, she was a handful. But my mom insisted it would make me feel better so I walked into the arcade that was about 15 minutes away from my house, hand in hand with Amanda.

"What do you want to do first, sweetie?" I said as I waited in line to buy us coins for the games.

She tugged on my hand and pointed to a bowling type game. "That one, Clairey!!" She cheered while she continued to tug on my hand.

"Ok we can do that first but I have to buy us coins first." I sighed as she pouted and stopped pulling on my hand.

After waiting in line for what felt like forever I took Amanda by the hand and brought her over to the bowling game. She played multiple rounds claiming it was her favorite and that she didn't care if she wasted all her tokens on it.

While I waited for her to finish I leaned against the wall and looked around at the people playing games. There was a couple of teenagers who were here probably on dates but mostly parents running after their children. I was about to turn back to Amanda when I caught a glimpse of a guy with curly hair playing air hockey with another girl.

I wanted to run over and rip the girls hair out once I saw that it was Macy. But I knew that would be embarrassing if it wasn't Harry with her since I couldn't tell because his back was to me. I knew Harry never said he wanted to start dating me when he apologized but I still felt like he was betraying me by going out with someone so soon.

I decided I'd have to sneak underneath the air hockey table next to theirs and carefully look to see if it's Harry. I don't know what I'd do if it was. Just a couple days ago he was apologizing and asking for my forgiveness. Bastard.

"Amanda? Amanda, sweetie, I'm going to the bathroom I'll be right back."

I slowly crept up to the air hockey table next to theirs and slid underneath, hoping to get a better view of the male. I inched forward in my crouched position and nearly hit my head on the table when I saw it was indeed Harry. Why would he go on a date with someone like Macy? She was so cruel.

I pouted and watched as they laughed and played air hockey together. It wasn't till Amanda appeared in front of my crouched down with a confused face that I noticed how long I had been sitting here with a frown.

"Claire what are you doing under here?"

"Shh! Amanda-" but it was too late, Harry and Macy appeared with confused looks as they bent down to stare.

My mouth parted and my mind raced with thoughts of what to say. This couldn't be anymore embarrassing. Macy didn't even attempt to hide her giggles as she stared at me. After a few seconds Harry sighed.

"Macy why don't you go wait in my car." Harry told her and handed her the keys.

I smacked my forward, shaking my head in embarrassment before making my way out from underneath the table. Without making direct eye contact with Harry or Amanda who stood next to me clueless to anything that was happening, I said, "Sorry I have to go." But before I could take a step away from Harry his hand snatched my wrist and tugged me closer to him.

"I wasn't on a date, Claire." He said softly.

"I didn't think tha-"

"Shut up." He playfully smiled, "You were hiding under an air hockey table."

I looked down at my feet, trying to hold in a giggle. My whole body was heating up because of Harry's hand still wrapped around my wrist.

After a few short moments Harry sighed yet again, "My apology always stands, Claire. Just text me okay?" And with that he left to go to his car while I searched for where Amanda ran off to.
