Chapter 7: Laser Tag

"Laser tag, really?" Dean scoffed.
"I haven't played it in ages and it's a good team building experience" I countered.
"Fine" Dean said giving in. He was the only one against the idea so we headed off to a laser tag place the next town over. The place was called Lenny's Laser Tag. Once we got there I had the realization that whoever we were against wasn't going to be very happy. 7 adults that were all fairly familiar with a gun... well 6 people because at the time I had only shot a gun like twice. Luckily, the group we were against was another group of adults. After paying we went into the big laser tag room. The other group was blue and we were red.
"Ok to make this more fun we need a team name and code names" I said pacing in front of my boys as I was now calling them.
"I don't like where this is going" Sam mumbled. I ignored him.
"So as I have elected myself as team leader. There's no changing that by the way. Anyway our team name I've thought of... SuperWhoLock plus one." They all looked at me with puzzled faces, "It's the names of your shows mashed together and I'm the plus one. So as for code names...
Sam you're Moose (Sam groaned)
Dean you're Squirrel (Dean started to protest, but my death stare shut him up)
Cas you're Wings (Cas tilted his head)
Sherlock you're Otter ("Why am I Otter?" "Would you rather be called Sherly?" "No")
John you're Hedge short for Hedgehog ("Hedgehog?" "Yes, Hedgehog")
and Doctor you're MadMan ("I'm not a madman!" I patted him on the shoulder "Yes, you are, but it's a good thing")
"What is your code name?" John asked
"Hmm... my code name will simply be Commander" I said straightening my vest. Just then, the loud speaker came on.
"Welcome to Lenny's Laser Tag Arena! On your vest is a number (10), that is how many lives you have left. If you get hit you lose a life. Once you run out of lives you must leave the field and sit on the bench under the score board. The score board shows how many lives the each team has left. The first team to run out of lives loses. The winning team gets free Lenny's Laser Tag t-shirts. Get ready to play!

Go!" (A/N: for this scene I will be using the code names for the characters)
We all started running toward the side where the other team was. I heard a ding and saw that Squirrel was hit as was MadMan and Wings.
"Fall back" I yelled at them. We returned fire as we ran to a set of barriers and hid behind them.
"Commander, we need a plan" Hedge said.
"Ok, we're going to play defense" I replied. "Try to stay behind cover and if you get someone in your sights rapid fire at them" I looked and saw that there was a big block that if I got a boost I could sit on top of and snipe the other team. "Moose, come here"
"What do you need Tes- Commander?" I ran between covers to the block.
"Give me a boost" I said pointing at the up at the block. Moose knelt down and cupped his hands. Using his hands and shoulders as a ladder, I climbed on top of the block. Moose ran off as soon as I was up. I took a moment to look at the scoreboard Red- 59 lives, Blue- 62 lives.

I could see most of the arena now and saw red people and blue people running around. Blue seemed to be playing more offense as they were running straight into the fray. My boys seemed to have listened as they were running in between cover and shooting at blue. I looked for the a blue that may spot me and give away my position. I laid down on my stomach and lined up my shot and started to shoot rapid fire at my opponent. I watched as the numbers on his chest started to go down. He looked around trying to find the source of the shots. He didn't locate me until he had lost all his lives. He shrugged and started walking towards the bench. I took a look at the scoreboard Red- 39 lives, Blue- 32 lives.
We were doing really well. I started look around for my next target when I saw Otter was firing at a blue. I could just make out the number on his chest and saw he had 3 lives left. I quickly started firing on the blue that was engaging him. I took him out quickly before  Otter lost anymore lives.

(In the SpongeBob narrator guy's voice) -15 Minutes Later-

Moose, Wings, and MadMan were out. As were four of the blue team's men. The score was Red- 22 lives, Blue- 18 lives.

A/N this is where after writing for a couple days I got bored with this.

"That was the most fun I've had in a while" I said as I pushed open the front door. I looked back at my boys they were carrying their free t-shirts while I was wearing mine.
"Let's get back to the bunker and we can celebrate!" the Doctor said running to the Tardis. Sherlock and John followed behind him.
"See ya, there!" I called to them before getting into the backseat of the impala with Cas. It was a half hour drive back to the bunker so I got comfortable and took a nap. I had just fallen asleep when I was in the white landscape again.

"Hello again Tessa" Chuck said behind me.
"Hey Chuck" I said turning around.
"You are doing a great job. You've gotten all six of the heroes in one place and got them to trust each other. Now you need to aid them in their battle against their enemies" he explained.
"Ok, I can do that" I replied.
"Also I have something to give to you" he said as a note appeared in his hands. He handed it to me. I unfolded it and read the message.
Bad Wolf
"What the-" I said reading the note, "Chuck, why do I keep seeing things with Bad Wolf on it?" I looked up only to see that Chuck was gone. I looked around trying to find him. "Chuck?" Then everything started to fade away. I heard my name being called. I woke and saw that Cas was gently shaking my shoulder.
"Tessa, wake up we're back at the bunker" he said. I sat up and wiped the drool from my mouth. I looked out the window and saw we were in the garage. I got out of the impala.

"Hey, Tessa!" the Doctor said running up to me, "the Tardis is going to make us dinner."
"I didn't know she did that" I said.
"It's new" he replied.
"Cool, I'll go get the guys" I said. I found Dean, Sam and Cas going through the trunk of Baby. "Hey guys, the Tardis is putting dinner together"
"It does that?" Sam asked
"Apparently" I replied. We went back into the Tardis.

"There you are, and just in time. She just finished adding the room" he said leading us down a hallway. We walked to a set of doors. The Doctor opened them revealing a beautiful dinning room. There was a circular table with a Tardis blue table cloth and around the table was seven seats and seven platters with lids.
Sherlock and John had already occupied two of the seats and were having a conversation. I quickly ran over to a seat and sat down. I was starving.
"Doctor, do you know whats under the lids?" I asked him.
"I have no clue" he replied. Once we were all seated we lifted the lids on our plates to reveal our favorite foods.
"Tacos!" I shouted.
"Burgers!" Dean squealed.
"Salad!" Sam said smiling like a cute puppy or moose.
"PB and J?" Cas said staring at the sandwich.
"Fish Fingers and Custard!" the Doctor said staring hungrily at his plate.
"(insert Sherlock's fav food)" Sherlock said.
"What?" John said staring at his empty plate. The Doctor pulled out his sonic and scanned the plate.
"That's odd" the Doctor said looking at his sonic. "It says you don't require food."
"Who doesn't need food?" I asked.

Also sorry for the wait. Couldn't get motivated enough to write more than a few sentences. Next chapter should be out soon. Also update frequency are likely going to slow down when school starts in a few weeks, but I'll try to get as many chapters out as I can before it starts. Sorry about the wait again! And as always,
