Paper Planes

Prologue

I laid in the sad excuse for a bed crying my eyes out. I am a mess how long have I been here I have no clue. My mind wonders elsewhere.

I wonder how life would be if my mum was still alive...would I even be in this mess

*Flashback*

I was laughing so hard it was a struggle to get air into my lungs. My mum is the funniest person ever!

"Mum! You're not supposed to talk about stuff like that with me!" I laughed harder than before

"What? If someone's going to tell you it should be me!" a giggle escaped her lips

"Fair enough", I sighed trying to catch my breath, "Mum I love you!"

"Awe Darling I love yo-"

Out of nowhere a car crashes into our car sending us tumbling

*End Of Flashback*

The car hit us so hard. It was a drunk driver and so I vow never to have even a sip of alcohol in my life. I should be the one dead! it should be me.

I started sobbing even harder.

I quieted down when I heard the door creak open

A deep husky voice broke the silence

"Hello?"

I am not good at first impressions but um.... hear it goes.

My name is Britney. I Just turned 17 a few months ago. I am fairly shy but if you get on my bad side we have a problem . I live in a shitty one story (if you can even consider it a) House and work at Starbucks so that I can support myself. My mum got in a car crash with a drunk driver and killed was instantly when I was 15, as for my dad I have no clue who he is but quite frankly I don't care who he is. My mum was all I ever needed.

My only true friend is named Melanie and she works at Starbucks too. Its actually how we met. She is 20 and is a bit weird but I love her. Then there's my boss is Mr. Peters who is Possibly the hottest man alive.

I Live a pretty simple life really. School. Work. Sleep. Its been like this for years.......Sometimes I wonder if it will ever change. Hopefully
