Chapter One: Moving

Authors Note: This is my first story so if I misspell or use improper grammar just remember I'm trying and this is my first ever fanfiction so if you like it please vote for it! Okay now let's get into the story:)

Madison's POV:
"Maddie. Wake up we're at the new house!" My mom said shaking me excitedly. My little sister, Riley, jumped out of the car and started dancing around like an idiot. She was excited about this move. She hated every single thing about New York. On the other hand, I loved everything about it, Times Square, and new years eve watching the ball drop was awesome! But my dad got layed off at his work because his department of the company he works for got shut down. Long story short we ran out of money, lost all of our sport and muscle cars, lost our giant penthouse, and our entire way of living. From what little money we had left me, my mom, my dad, and Riley packed up and moved to New Jersey, and here I am looking at our new home. Yay.
I grab a few of the boxes that are filled with my stuff and carry them inside. After I get all of my clothes and other possessions inside and safely into my room, I take a look around my new home.
It's pretty big. I think to myself.
WOW LOOK AT THE BASEMENT. I'll be spending a lot of time here. I think as I take in my surroundings. The basement is completely modern and has a guest bedroom with an on-sweet bathroom and a giant kitchen with all stainless steel appliances. I never said we were broke. Those sports cars are the reason we can afford this house. Man am I going to miss riding up to school in that Lamborghini Veneno 2015 Roadster which is $4.3 million. Oh and the 914 Porsche Spyder which is $800,000. Now we have a used minivan in a brand-new 3 story house. This was going to take some getting used to. I went up to my new room and yell for my dad to come and help me set up my queen bed. After a solid hour of struggling my dad and I finally have my bed ready. Since I was stuck in a car for what seemed like five years i finally get to flop onto my extremely comfortable bed. After laying on my bed and scrolling through Twitter and Instagram I finally find the strength to get out of my bed and start unpacking. Over half of my shirts are crop-tops and all of my pants are sweatpants, yogapants, and skinny jeans. For my shorts it is mainly high-waisted jean shorts and spanks. After a while I decided to change into something that wasnt a sweatshirt and sweatpants. So I put on my white floral crop-top with acid washed/highwaisted skinny jeans and white converse and headed downstairs.
"Madison, go across the street I heard theres a boy in your grade there." My mom says while raising an eyebrow, basically meaning I have no choice. I don't have any make-up on right now but my skin is surprisingly clear at the moment so I go to the house with my hair in it's usual messy bun. I ring the doorbell and an extremely cute boy opens the door and gives me a warm smile. I don't know what it is but I recognize something about him.

Grayson's POV:
I heard the doorbell ring so I quickly ran to the door thinking it would be the new bro-tank I ordered. I opened the door expecting to see the Fed-Ex guy and I can tell you that it is NOT that. I quickly give her a kind smile. God she's so gorgeous.
"Hi, I'm Madison, you can call me Maddie though. I just moved across the street." Me being the idiot I was I just stared at her.
"Oh, sorry. Hi, I'm Grayson. Grayson Dolan." Her eyes widen.
"THATS how I recognized you! You're that really hot guy from Vine." She quickly says blushing rapidly.
"Yeah I guess I am. Only I'm not hot." I say laughing slightly. She's about as red as a tomato now.
"Hey, um. Want to hang out? You can meet my brother Ethan."
"Sure." She says a little over-excited.
"Um. I mean, sure." She says coolly.
She walks in and I yell for Ethan knowing he's upstairs. He finally comes out of his room and is at the top of the stairs looking down at his phone only wearing sweatpants low on his hips showing his v-line. Out of the corner of my eye I can see Maddie staring at him.
"What." He says with a hint of annoyance in his voice.
"Well, we have a new neighbor." I say.
He looks up and quickly changes his mood, he gives Maddie a kind smile and says, "Hi I'm Ethan, what's your name?"
She looks from me to Ethan.
"Um. I'm Madison but you can call me Maddie." She says sounding slightly confused still looking from me to Ethan.
"Aren't you Ethan Dolan? aka Grayson's twin brother. This is going to be difficult telling the difference." She says laughing slightly.
"Wanna hang-out downstairs?" I say.
"Sure" She says.
"Let me quick go put a shirt on." Ethan says and runs back into his room. I can tell he likes her too and I am beyond pissed her first impression of him was without a shirt. And that I wasn't the one shirtless so she would look at ME.
This fanfiction is my first ever so it's probably not going to be the best one you've ever read so just hold your horses it will get better.
