Alyssa is just another teen, not very popular,usually teased or made fun of, but it super confident at times. But she's only tough and weak cause her sister, dad, mom, her dog, and her got in a car accident. She lived. She saw a beautiful blonde boy leading her back to earth and distracted her from crossing the bridge to Heaven.
At her first day of school she stumbles upon a beautiful blonde haired, tan-ish-pale boy. Just like the one that pulled her away from the bridge. She finds out this boy's name is Niall. He looks and acts too perfect to be real. So she starts to follow him. She has to know exactly 'what' he is.
One night, she goes to his house and finds strange things. She panics and doesn't know what this means. How these things are possibly made if he is apparently only 17.
When she's driving back home she thinks about what she saw. Too much thinking to be exact. So much thinking, until. CRASH! A truck hits her.
She's back where she was last time she was in a car crash. Beautiful mysterious world. And there's the bridge. This time she sees her family. And she sees the boy again. But no. She needs her family more. But something pulls her away. Pulls her away from her family.
She wakes up in the hospital and sees her friends, aunt, and Niall. Niall tells her she's now 'what' he is.
