Arriving

We stumbled off the bus carrying our loads of luggage. The warm air tickled my skin and the dusky night sky caused to me a certain drowsiness. I struggled to stay awake as I carried my small aqua suitcase and miniture backpack.

"I'll take that for you." A guy said playfully  grabbing my suitcase. Ughh how annoying.

"Shut up, Jace!!!" I said rolling my eyes. Mock hurt flashed through his eyes as he pretended to wipe away his tears. Okay I guess I was a little harsh on him but I really don't like players. And trust me, he was our school's BIGGEST player.

"What's your problem?" I muttered under my breath.

"What's that? Yah, I know, I am hot." He said answering his question incorrectly.

"Ughh! Shut up!" I said.

"See, you didn't deny calling me hot. Ooo, and is that a blush I see..." He joked.

"Seriously, just leave me alone! Don't you have anything better to do! Just go before I do something I'll regret!" I yelled. Ughh he just gets on my nerves!

"Oooo, what are you gonna do?" He asked innappropriatly. I just want to get out of here! Luckily, Carter grabbed my elbow and steered me away from him and gently guided me through the hotel entrance.

"Thanks Carter." I said plopping my luggage down in the hotel lobby.

"No prob. I know how much you hate him." He said rolling his eyes at Jace who was now in the corner hitting on some blonde girl.

"You have no idea." I sighed. "Anyway, we're here!!!" I chirped abruptly changing the mood.

"I know! Washington D.C., huh? This is going to be awesome!" He said supportively. I nodded.

"Oh hey Harper." I greeted as she strode up to us.

Unknow Point of View

__________________________________________________________________________________

I walked down the hallway looking to head down to the dinner buffey. That's all I have to look forward to----the dinner buffey. Now that I have failed my mission, the dinner buffey's all I got. I took a sharp left and walked down the hallway which led to the hotel lobby. I stared at the floor as I walked, savoring the way the luxurious red carpet felt under my shoes. Suddenly, I heard a hubub of noise fill my ears. I turned to see many young boys and girls with heavy suitcases. Their mouths moved rapidly and they blabbed like there was no tomorow. What were they doing here? Either it was a school trip or the hotel was hosting an "annoying kids" convention. Whatever the case, I just couldn't stand them! I shoved my hand into the pocket of my trousers pulling out a small package. I ripped the paper packet open to find two tiny aspirins. I swallowed them dry. I walked quickly by the obnoxious children and continued myway to the buffey, ready to drown my sorrows in spagghetti and meatballs.
