Not The Whole Truth

Maddie's POV: "wait for me!" You yell to your boyfriend whose running to the car. "Well I didn't expect to get wet, now im cold" Niall said with a chuckle you could tell he did know it was going to rain. "Oh I have to get you home" Niall said turning the car on. "Why's that?" You ask. "I have work, remember?" Niall said questionably. "Well sorry I forgot." You said kinda irritated by Niall's attitude, but you laughed at his silly face he made at you because he hates to see you mad at him. "Niall, stop!" You laughed as he also started to laugh. As you pulled into your driveway you gave Niall a kiss and said "I love you" he gave you a quick kiss and you could tell he was in a hurry to get to work so you let him go.

Niall's POV:  

I just hate lying to maddie. I love her too much to tell her but shes gonna find out someway but better me than someone else. I just have to give it awhile before i can tell her. How will I tell her though? I'll ask coach he always has good advice. *Niall arrives at a gym* "Coach, I need help with something" i said. "What now Niall?" Coach said it like I've said that a million times. "Well my girlfriend ,shes the Maddie girl i always talk about, well i haven't told her Im a boxer yet she thinks Im at work right now, Im afraid if I tell her it will scare her away." I said worried. "Well you should tell her soon Niall, it would hurt her even more if it comes from someone else but you because she will think you don't trust her." Coach had a point I do have to tell her soon. I guess I will tell her on our date tomorrow.

*the next day*  

Maddie's POV:  

Not knowing what to wear on my date with Niall I chose my favorite neon orange dress. Then Niall texted me it said "From Niall: I have to tell you something important tonight and oh make sure you wear that orange dress i love on you!" How did I know he would want me to wear this dress and what could he possibly want to tell me? I guess i will find out soon.

*an hour later*

As we made our way to our table Niall looked kinda nervous "are you ok?" I asked i have to admit i was worried about him, "ya im fine" he said, but I didn't seem to believe him.
