I Almost Lost You

I Need To Tell You...

Tetra and Link were sailing in the small boat that used to be 'The King of Red Lion's', since they wanted to find uncharted islands faster. They were heading South, but Link used his Wind Waker and changed the direction to East. About an hour later Tetra saw land and yelled out, "LAND HO!" And Link marked off the coordinants on his map, they countinued to the island. When they got near the island, a giant sea monster came out of the water and smashed the boat to bits, while knocking out Link. The monster leaves, thinking that it's work was done, but Tetra was hiding under the water's surface. She saw that the monster left, she wanted to know where Link was hiding, so she yelled out his name, "LINK, WHERE ARE YOU!" She yelled out. She checked under some wood and thought, that he was underwater still, and that worried her. She took a deep breath and dived down, she looked down and saw green, she imidiatly went down and grabbed Link. She swam up as fast as she could to get air for her and Link, when she made it up, she found a piece of wood and put Link on it. Tetra decided to look at him, he looked pale and fragile, he was still breathing, that's some good news. She started pushing the wood to the shore, when she got there, she dragged Link onto the warm sand. She held him tightly, but noticed something was wrong, she put her hand on his chest and noticed that... he wasn't breathing. She quickly laid him flat and did CPR, she tried so many times, but when she almost gave up, he coughed a few times and his breathing became steady. She then hugged him and cradled him in her arms, she then remembered the stone that she left with Gonzo, she contacted him and told him what happened, she also told him where they were and to come as fast as they could. The sun was going down as she was losing hope, she did not know when they will come for them. Tetra then felt Link shiver in her arms, so she made a fire and laid Link near it to keep him warm. She stared at the fire for a few minutes, she looked to the sea and saw some Rito's flying toward them, she knew two of those Rito's and they were Medli and Kamalli. She waved her hands in the air to show that she was alright. When the group arrived, the medics they brought tended to Link, Tetra told Medli and Kamalli what the creature looked like, the bad news was that when Link got hit, it made him get poisoned, the poison makes the victim be in pain until he/she wakes up. And to wake up the person from their slumber, is when they have to wake up for someone or something out of love or a promise. Tetra was saddened at the thought of him being in such pain, she then noticed something and asked them how they got here so fast, Medli pointed in a different direction and said that her home was not too far from here. Medli then said that the cheif said that her and Link can stay as long as they need too, this lifted the worry on Tetra's chest. The Rito medics put Link in a wood contraption that let them fly with Link safe from harm and wind. When they arrived at the Rito island the medics transported Link into their infurmary, it was night by then. Will she ever be able to tell Link how she felt about him?
