She's sitting at the table. Her eyes were getting layered with bags. He was suppose to be here, she's sure he would of called. She waits a little longer there's no one in the drive way. She goes up to the window and Suddenly the phone rings the voice says something happened that she should come right now.
Her mind goes back to the month of December. She thinks of when he asked her the best question ever, when he bent down on his right knee first as he said,
" I want u forever, forever and always, i want to go through the good and the bad and the ugly days with you, we will grow old together, forever and always."
As she pull up to the entrance and goes right to the front desk, they lead her down millions of halls. This maze is never going to end. They take her to a room and talk about what happen. She can't even barely hear his voice. She's trying to keep a straight face as she walked in to the room where he was. She sits by his bed side. Hold his hand, tight as they talk about the kids they're going to have in the future with a good life, with the house on the hillside where they will stay there forever, forever and always through the good and the bad and the ugly days, grow old together, forever and always.
She gets an idea and calls in the nurse she brings out the chaplain as she says couple verses, she borrowed some rings from a couple next-door, everybody's laughing as the tears are on the floor she looks into his eyes as she says.
"I want you forever forever and always we still love each other forever and always."
She finishes the walts as the the hospital monitor beeps, the beeps are going to slow, the voice is getting too low as he says.
"I love you forever forever and always please just remember even if I'm not there or here I'll always love you forever and always. Please never stop loving me as we'll as I won't stop loving you, promise."
And the last words where " I promise."
He close his eyes and she stares at him with terror, she shakes with anger/sadness and, starts to cry. She never told him the secret that she had, they where going to be parents for the first time, 5 weeks old, and she had the best surprise for him but now the child had to be questioned What happened to their dad?
