Chapter 1 'Fake Date'

***Jake's POV***

"No, my mate's a female!" He whines through our mind link, exactly the reaction I was hoping for.

"Nope, your wolf is gay! Don't try to deny it." I tease, honestly I only did this since I was gay, as well as my wolf. Hopefully my mate isn't a girl.

***Noah's POV***

"Nope your wolf is gay! Don't try to deny it." Jake teased, dangit! He just had to say that, I'm already having troubles with my sexuality. Why? Because your gay? My wolf says and I disconnect from him.

"Uhg, whatever. Just remember my birthday is in a week, I'll get to know if my wolf is gay." I say and he laughs

"How could I ever forget my best friend's birthday. Especially when it's so close to mine." He laughs and I join him.

"Well, bye." I say as I disconnect our mind link and walk downstairs.

I look in the fridge but don't see anything so I decide to see if Jake wants to see a movie.

I connect with a mind link.

"Hey Noah, just couldn't get enough of me could you? Maybe I'm your mate." He jokes and I laugh

"Yeah right, just wanted to know if you wanted to see a movie?" I ask and he laughs

"First date, okay." He says and I sigh

"Sure, it's a date. Just meet me at the movies in an hour." I say and disconnect

Why did he tease tease me about being gay? Because you are. Shut up or I'm gonna come over there, wherever you are. My life was so difficult.

I felt someone connecting so I allowed them.

"COME TO THE MEETING HALL, NOW!" The Alpha yelled in my head.

I quickly got a jacket and ran to the meeting hall.

"YOU BETTER NOT BE A FREAKING FAG!" He shouts once I sit down.

"YOU DON'T SIT DOWN UNLESS I SAY SO!" He continues and I shoot up from my seat.

"May I sit?" I ask and he nods angrily.

"So what's this about?" I ask

"YOUR GOING ON A DATE WITH JAKE?" He screams furiously

"That was I joke, he was teasing me about my wolf being gay. It was fake." I say trying not to roll my eyes

"Your wolf better not be a fag, or I'll ban you from the pack." He mumbles

"May I go home?" I ask and he nods

"Yes." He says, frowning.

I walk home and see Jake, I go over to him and he smiles.

"Ready for our date?" He teased.

"Yeah." I say and grab his wrist

"Oh, holding my hand, eh?" He teased

"Whatever, let's just go." I say dragging him to the car.

"Eager to start out date, huh?" He teases

"Sure." I say as I start the car and drive to the movies.

"So what will you do if your mate is a man?" He asks and I shrug

"I guess I wouldn't really care. If my wolf is gay then so be it." I say

He nods and we make it inside

"What do you want to see?" I ask

"How about Inside Out?" He asks and I nod

We walk up to the counter and a lady is standing there waiting for us to get tickets.

"Two tickets to Inside Out please." I say and she hand us the tickets.

We walk inside and I look at the food counter. He shrugged and we walked over there.

"Two medium Root Beers." I say and the girl there hands us our drinks.

We walk into the screening room and take our seats.

Jake snuggles into my chest and I can feel his heartbeat. You know you want him to be your mate, so you can do this forever. Shut up and let me watch the movie. Finally the movie started.

"That was really good!" Jake exclaims and I nod, we walk outside, hand in hand. My wolf will probably like this. Hey! Your actually right about something! I do like this. Uhg, he's my best friend not my love interest.

"What do you want to do to finish out first date?" He asks and I roll my eyes.

"How about ice cream?" My wolf says through my voice, he actually didn't have a horrible idea for once. Luckily my wolf's eyes and my eyes are the same color.

"Okay, we should hurry though, that pack probably wants us back soon." He says and I start the car.

"Okay." I say as we drive to the ice cream shop.

I park and we walk inside, he grabbed my hand again, great now my wolf is gonna act up again. Yeah I am. Uhg, can you just leave my life? If you leave your mate, who is obviously Jake, you'll die and so will I. He says, sorry but I don't want to die, just my wolf's feelings for Jake.
