Chapter One -Just friends

"Jungkook! Jungkook? Yahhhh!" I start yelling. "What? What do you want?, he replies. "You fell asleep in class silly! The bell rang. Its time to go!" I whisper. "Ah okay kkkk," he says. "Jungkook I have been thinking..." I say hesitantly. "Yeah?, he asks which makes me nervous. "I have been wondering if.. If you would like to go ..." I pause scared to say it, but I do. "Get ice cream?" I say. "You were scared to say that?" He laughs. Well yes. I was just nervous. "About what? We are just friends," he says. Just friends burn the back of my throat. Just. Friends.
"Well anyways let's go get ice cream," I say with a smile. He smiles back. In which I blush. "Stop it, stop it," I think to myself. "Something wrong?" Jungkook asks. "Oh nothing," I reply. "You're blushing! Why?" He says. "Jungkook stop," I say blushing even more. "Oh Minny you're a strange one alright," Jungkook says. Jungkook you know my name is Minju, I don't like Minny." I say firmly. "Oh I forget.." -He pauses- "Minny," he says starting to run. I run too. We get to the ice cream place and Jungkook orders a strawberry parfait, while I order a caramel chocolate shake. "Jungkook?" I ask sitting down. "Yeah?" He responds. "Thanks for the awesome day!" I yell. "Yeah sure! Anything for a friend." He says. Friend. Friend. I want to be more than a friend, but I don't want to tell him. "Do you want to go to the park?" He asks. "Of course!" I say smiling. We walk through the park, and I can only see his face as he looked at the ducks, and the trees, and the water. He was breathtaking. It makes sad that we are just friends. "Min, it's getting late, I should take you home." Jungkook says. "Oh oh o okay," I stutter. "What is with you tonight?" Jungkook asks while laughing. "Nothing, just nevermind." I say. "Okay if you say so.." He says. We get to my house and jungkook all of a sudden grabs my wrist. "What?!?" I say nervously. "I have a secret that I need to tell you." He says.
