Extreme Spider-Man: Oscorp wars

A new hero in town

It's been three years since spider man is dead the gangs and villains of New York have been worse than ever not even the cops can handle it. At Oscorp Harry Osborn is having a meeting about how they need Spider-Man.
-"Spider-Man was a great he stopped New York from becoming what it is now,he saved us all. That's why the great minds at Oscorp have created the Extreme-Spider. A new and improved version of Spider-Man". Oscorp and the rest of the big officials of the city, have agreed to launch this product.

Days later Neil Morales a scientist that works at Oscorp brings his nephew Miles Morales to the city centre, to go see the presentation for the Extreme-Spider. While Harry Osborn CEO of Oscorp is doing his presentation, the Rhino, Sandman and Mysterio get prepared to attack Harry for creating some thing that can defeate them. Rhino charges into the crowd and Mysterio runs to go destroy the suit but as soon as Mysterio is ready to disappear. A civilian pushes Miles Morales into Mysterio and they disappear together into the sinister six's secret layer.
-"Where am I? Uncle Neil where are you"?!?
Mysterio looks back and sees Miles terrified with tears in his eyes.
-"Child you know where we are and you've seen too much it's time you see what death looks like"!
Miles runs as fast as he can he passes the trophy where Doctor octopus is putting the Extreme-Spider in a glass case. But the Extreme-Spider activates from all the screams and analyzises Doctor octopus as a villain. He punches him in the face and shoots Mysterio with electrical webs. Extreme-Spider tells Miles.
-"Do not worry civilian I'm here to help as your friendly neighbourhood Extreme-Spider". He fly's Miles back to the crowd and defeats Rhino and Sandman with one blow. Neil Morales runs too see his nephew and gives him a hug.
-"I'm sorry...I didn't catch you".
Says Neil Morales.
-"It's fine, I got to meet a superhero"!
Says Miles excitedly.They walk back home where Neil tucks Miles in his bedroom. He walks down stairs to see Kingpin with a prototype of the Extreme-Spider. Kingpin holds a gun to Neil's head and tells him
-Start building or I'll blow your brains
all over this floor. Miles wakes up by Kingpin's voice and sneaks downstairs.
-Uncle Neil who is this man?
Says Miles. As soon as the prototype armor hears Miles's voice the robot can sense his fear. Kingpin reaches for his gun ready to shoot Miles but Neil jumps in front and gets his brains blown out. But the Extreme-Spider grabs Neil thinking he's the villains and rips his arms off and rips out his lungs. Miles is filled with anger and jumps on the robot and punches him over and until a spider bites him at the same time the robot's the ooz comes out and splices with Miles's DNA. He suddenly gains spider powers. Even better than Spider-Man's invisibility, bullet proof, different kinds of webbing, super strength, wall crawling, and different types of spider sense. Miles calls the cops to tell them what happened, later that month Miles told his friend Elisa Jameson that he has spider powers and he is going to avenge his uncle.
-Are you insane Miles your fourteen you can't go out like your some kind of Spider-man. Says Elisa.
-But I can I just need training, and you know martial arts and MMA so maybe you could train me to be a super hero. I already have spider powers better than Spider-Man's.
Elisa agrees to train him to become a new Spider-Man. Finally Miles gets the chance to stop Wilson Fisk the Kingpin. Miles and Elisa work on a suite black and red not blue and red like the last Spider-Man.
-Elisa I wanna be different than the last Spider-Man, they called him, amazing, spectacular, even superior. Says Miles.
-What the stupid Spider-Man?!? Says Elisa well laughing.
-No I wanna be... I wanna be ultimate. Perfect yeah! I'll be the Ultimate Spider-Man! Shouts Miles
-Keep it down Miles before someone hears us. Whispers Elisa.
Later that day Miles goes out to stop the Kingpin from making a deal with Oscorp to make multiple Extreme-Men. But little does he know Wilson already knows that a hero is coming to stop him so he has placed three Extreme-Spiders waiting for him. But Miles's new powers allow him to see threw walls so he get's the upper hand and uses his webs to electric shock them. Kingpin is worried he's never seen anything like this so he tells Harry Osborn to run so he can't see him fighting a hero and knowing he's a bad guy. Until Ultimate Spider-Man punches once breaking his jaw, but Kingpin hits him in the stomach three times. But Miles thinks to him self what he's done what Wilson Fisk has done to him so he. Webs him up goes invisible and rips his tooth out.
-You killed my uncle and ruined my life and your responsible for the crime this city now you're going where you belong maximum prison! Says Ultimate Spider-Man.
Miles drags him out the building and ties him up with his webs and tells a crowd what he's done.
-who are you? Says a civilian.
-I'm the Ultimate Spider-Man! Says Miles.
And he swing back to his foster home. Meanwhile Harry Osborn is swallowing unperscribed pills.
-I knew he was a criminal they're going to find out eventually. Harry says to him self.
He picks up the phone and calls black cat a master criminal.
