Camila's POV
There I sat on my floor with my head leaned back against the wall. Thinking about Lauren, as I always did but this time it convinced me that I had to tell her now. This has been eating at me for three years. There's no way I can keep it from her any longer.
So I called her. Quickly regretting it, but I knew it was the right thing to do. She had a right to know.
It rang six times before she finally answered. She sounded quite sleepy.
"Hello?"
"Hey Lauren, did I wake you?"
"Yeah, you did"
"Sorry"
"It's okay, what's up?"
"Do you think I can come over?"
"Right now?"
"Yeah. I need to talk to you about something"
"Is it serious?"
"I don't think so, I just- Can I please come over?"
"Yeah, okay. Come over"
"Be there in a bit"
And as I hung the phone up I couldn't believe I was actually going through with this. She deserved to know, whether or not she likes me back. I just can't keep hiding this anymore.
