"Hey New Girl!" (Chpt1)

Yesterday I woke up in my cute little apartment in 186 St. Nicholas of Uptown Manhattan New York. Today I woke up in Crescent California, literally across country. My Aunt Mate sent me here because she thought I should get away from the hole in New York and start out fresh in a new place where no one knew my name or story. My Aunt got me this sweet little apartment that almost looked like my place back home, but did not feel the same at all. I was living alone; I’ll get phone calls from Tia Mate every day one in the morning and one at night. It was time for me to get up for school anyways so, new state, and new school; let’s see what’s in store for us.

I wore a red V-top with some washed blue jeans and red converse. I put on some eyeliner and a hint of blush, to finish off the makeup I rubbed on some light lip-gloss, sorta of a natural look. My hair had the wavy look so I just let it flow down right above my lower back. Del Norte High School, here I come!

[School] I walked inside and saw your typical high school hall way, some jocks by their lockers and cheerleaders right across, some other kids just talking and two guys running with water guns? Oh lord. Walking through the halls I heard some guys whistle at me and some cocky muttered comments, I rolled my eyes and kept walking until I found the office. Finally. A lady quiet young looked up at me getting closer, "Hello there I’m Ms. Maybes how can I help you?" "I'm Deysi Disla, just enrolled here and sorta need my schedule...” I smiled as she returned the smile handing me my schedule. "Here are your classes and don't forget if you need anything stop by," "Thank you," I turned and started walking looking at the schedule; Gym, math, French, history, lun- (BUMP). My heart literally sank down to my toes; I couldn't feel my heart in my chest anymore. My thoughts were interrupted by me bumping into a taller looking guy with brown Elvis hair and hazel eyes. His eyes didn't move from mine and I for some reason couldn't get a word out. "I. I’m s-s-sorry." I finally said but his eyes kept concentration in mine, he gave me a small nod and kept walking. I brushed a strand of hair to the back of my ear and turned looking at him, he kept walking down the hall not stopping to talk to anyone. He was wearing a grey V-shirt and black skinny's with black converse.

Hmm. I turned again and once again bumped into someone else, two in a row?

Call me klutz. "Oh, I’m sorr-Heeeeey you're that new girl! I'm Mia, Deysi right?" I nodded at her enthusiasm "Yeah," Was the only thing I could say. She had icy blue eyes and fiery red hair. she was wearing a pastel green skirt and a white blouse and black heels, she had that rich girl look with that black Jessica Simpson bag and tomato red lipstick which made her look even paler but good at the same time. "Well welcome to DNHS! Let me see your schedule." I handed it to her and she smiled. "So we have math French and history together. Cool most of your classes are with me." I gave her a small smile and we walked to class together. "Here Deysi! You can sit here next to me.  Johnny, Kate this is Deysi." I looked over to see a guy with a gray beanie and brown messy hair. His eyes were brown and he had on a purple tank with gray skinny's and purple vans. He smiled shyly at me. Next to him was a pale girl with pitch black hair and pink tips on her hair. She was wearing a pink mini dress with some zebra printed heels. Her eyes were a frosty green blue. Most of the girls here were basically wearing heels, she smiled as well to me, and I smiled back to both of them.

“So Deysi as in the flower Daisy?” “Yeah, hehe” “Cool how do you spell your version?” Johnny asked, “D-e-y-s-I.” “Nice,” He kept trying to make eye contact with me almost like if he was trying to tell me something with his eyes like in those movies. Ha-ha!

[HISTORY] I was bored simply because Mia was in a different seat because in this class we had seating arrangements apparently. I looked over at the door which had opened showing the same mysterious guy I bumped in to in the hall way. “Mr. McCann, a late pass? Of course not. Detention. For being late to class repeatedly AND skipping detention last week.” He rolled his eyes and turned to the class walking to his seat which had happened to be in back of me. Mr.Franderd kept teaching and handed each person in the front row some papers to hand back. I was second to last so when I got my paper I handed one of them back to the mystery guy. He looked at me the same way he did in the hall way, directly in my eyes with wonder. I turned back around and got to work. What was up with him?
