Ava's PoV
Me and Nick were both sitting in my treehouse. We had been friends since we 10 now we are 14 . I started liking Nick a lot ..... But I don't think he likes me.
"I have something to tell you". He said as we both stared out the window over looking the city." What is it?" I said confused . He took a deep breath and looked me in the eyes. " I....I have to move to LA...." It looked as if he was about to cry." Why?" I said with a pouty face. " I'm gonna be starring in "Melissa & joey " he said with a weak smile."That's so great Nick" I said trying not to cry. "When are you leaving?" I said wiping a tear . "Uh.....tomorrow" he said trying not to look at me." Tomorrow?..... Why didn't you tell me sooner?" I said a little annoyed ." I'm sorry, I just didn't want you to be upset" he said finally looking at me ." I can't believe it" I said giving Nick a big hug.
"How long will you be there for?..... Are you gonna come back every summer" I said hoping he would say yes." Uh...no I'm moving there for good" he said wiping tears. "Oh....I'm happy for you though" I smiled as we continued looking out the window.
The next morning I woke up and got dressed. I went around to nicks house to see they were just about to leave. Nick ran up to me and hugged me tight." I'm gonna miss you so much....." I said crying on his shoulder. " I'm gonna miss you more" he said letting go." Promise you'll visit some time" he said with a cute smile. "Of course I will" I said as he leaned in to kiss me. Just then his parents beeped the horn and he pulled away. "We didn't get to finish" I said laughing . "We'll finish when I see you again" he said getting into the car and driving away." I love you" I said quietly as the car went out of site.
The next few years were miserable without him. He started becoming really famous and he was going to be staring in "Jurassic world". I was so happy for him but I missed him so much. I was 18 now and we had stopped talking 2 years ago because he didn't have enough time. I had one boyfriend in that whole space off time because I never stopped loving Nick. I was sitting in me and my friend ciara's apartment in Seattle watching TV."guess what ?" She said excitedly. "What?" I said keeping my eyes on the TV." We're going to newyork!" She said as I jumped up to give her a hug." Omg....when?" I said ." We're leaving In an hour" she said running to her room."how long are we going for?" I said running to my room." A month" she said frantically packing as I did the same.
We finally arrived in newyork and went to our hotel. The reason we were here was because Ciara was working on this fashion thing she needed to do....and I was just coming for a small holiday. Ciara was going to design dresses for the whole day so I decided to go to the mall and spoil myself. I arrived at the mall and went into a few shops. I was just about to leave when someone screamed my name. I turned around to see Nick.....and a girl. He ran over and gave me a hug." Omg hi Nick" I said surprised." Hey ava....uh this is my girlfriend Leanne. He said with a weak smile. I smiled and said hi, and she gave me the worst look ever."I'm gonna go over to this shop babe" she said walking away."yeah whatever" Nick said staring at me." So....why are you in newyork?" I said looking every where but Nick." Um....I was just taking a break from LA..... What are you doing here?" He said." Oh...I'm here with Ciara, she's doing this design thing" I said laughing." Babe lets go" Leanne said tugging at nicks arm."uh....I'll see you around, maybe get coffee?" He said giving me his number."yeah sure" I said as we hugged and walked away. One look into his brown eyes and I instantly fell in love again......but he had a girlfriend .
