By late morning, the hotel was cleared. The guests had all checked out, and Jimin was dropped off at the Park bungalow with his mother. Yoongi left for his apartment to handle a few things, promising to come by later.

Evening light streamed into the cozy Park bungalow, soft and golden as it danced on the wooden floors. The living room was warm with laughter and quiet chatter—Jimin sat between his mother and Yoongi’s grandmother, while Jihoon, Ha-jun, and Taehyung lounged comfortably on floor cushions nearby. Jihoon’s parents sat on the armchairs, sipping tea and soaking in the peaceful joy.

The air still shimmered with the memory of last night’s engagement, but something about tonight felt more intimate. More real. Like the beginning of something greater.

Yoongi stepped in, his presence drawing every eye. Dressed in a simple white shirt and slacks, his expression was soft but confident. He walked straight to Jimin, casually resting a hand on his shoulder before facing everyone.

“So,” he began, voice calm, “as you all know… the wedding is in five days.”

Everyone nodded, already buzzing with excitement. Jimin looked up at him knowingly, a slight smile on his lips.

“But,” Yoongi continued, letting the word hang in the air, “what you don’t know… is where it’s happening.”

Taehyung’s brows furrowed. “Wait, what do you mean? You guys didn’t book a venue here?”

Yoongi chuckled, his eyes twinkling with mischief. “No. We’re not getting married in Seoul.”

Jihoon sat up straighter. “Then where?”

Yoongi smiled, then reached for Jimin’s hand. Their fingers entwined naturally, lovingly.

“In Jeju Island,” he said softly. “A cliffside ceremony by the sea. Sunset vows. Cherry blossoms. Everything Jimin deserves.”

Gasps filled the room.

Jimin’s mother covered her mouth, eyes tearing up. “Jeju?”

“Yoongi,” Jihoon’s mom said with a hand over her heart, “that’s… beautiful.”

Taehyung practically bounced in place. “Oh my god, that’s so romantic! You’re actually serious?”

Jimin glanced up at Yoongi, cheeks a little pink but eyes shining with affection. “He told me this morning. I didn’t believe he could actually pull it off.”

Yoongi looked down at him, completely sincere. “I’d fly you to the moon if I could, Jimin.”

“Okay, stop,” Ha-jun groaned, laughing. “I’m getting cavities from this sweetness.”

Yoongi’s grandmother laughed too, her gaze soft with pride. “You remind me of your grandfather, Yoongi. He once brought me to Jeju for our honeymoon. Said the ocean wind could carry away all fears.”
