A/N this chapter is dedicated to......... 512frost !
We soon got to the road in front of the forest path. I glanced at Brian, and he grabbed my hand. I tightened my grip slightly and smiled up at him. "So, we stay close?" I said.
"Yeah. Real close," Brian replied, stepping closer to me.
"Okay, stop with your flirt session, we're trying to find my girlfriend here," Henry said, rolling my eyes.
"Anyway, are we going into the forest or what?" Lilith complained.
"We're going," I said. We all stepped onto the path and started walking down the path. The light slowly dappled and darkened, sending faded beams in between the trees. I looked up at Brian and then leaned on his shoulder and he rested his head on mine. "Anybody want to talk to make the time go by faster?" I asked.
"Sure," Brian said.
"Sounds fine," Lilith agreed.
"Whatever," Henry replied.
"Okay, then," I said, "Thanks for the enthusiasm from those who know they had it. Anyway, school starts in a month. Our senior year."
"Yeah, after that it's college. What colleges are you guys applied for?" Brian asked.
"I'm going to WSU," Henry said.
"Central," Lilith replied.
"University of Washington," I replied.
"Same here, Sarah," Brian smiled. We were going to the same college! Yay!
"What are you studying?" I asked.
"Not sure, but something like teaching. I like kids," he answered.
"I do too," I smiled, remembering my dream, "I think I'm going for zoology or veterinary. I love animals."
"That sounds like fun," he smiled back, kissing my cheek.
"In case anybody was wondering, I'm studying dance," Lilith said. Lilith was an amazing dancer. She had been doing it since she was like three, and she was now teaching some classes at the dance studio. And she was so great at teaching them, I had taken one once that she taught, but I can't dance at all, so it didn't go so well. Let's just say I had to pay for a new dance mirror.
"That's great! You're good at dancing," Henry said, using the only amount of enthusiasm he can muster. And also, I'm not the only one that thinks she's a great dancer. "I'm studying medicine."
"What type?" Brian asked.
"I dunno. Just medicine," Henry replied. Yep, no more enthusiasm left.
"Well that's cool," I said. I looked to my left and saw the shoes. "Guys, look!" I called out, pointing to the shoes and the scrap of shirt.
A/N I know, short chapter. I just felt I should write something today, as I got back from camping today and I haven't updated in a while, and for some reason the creative juices did not want to flow, sorry if it was boring. And also, I wanted to ask, do you guys want shorter chapters that are just a few more paragraphs than this and me definitely updating every day, or do you guys want longer chapters, like ones as long or longer than I usually do, and me not definitely everyday? Please tell me, I want to know your opinions! Thanks, and peace out!-Piper
