Chapter 3: Goodbyes

~Skyler's POV~

"Well look at the time! I think we better go Eleanor yeah?" Louis said standing and grabbing El.

"Yeah we should go, I'm meeting someone tomorrow.' Harry said. I knew he was lying. Something was up with all of them and I was going to get to the bottom of this.

Liam and Zayn said some excuse too and all started making there way to the door. Eleanor was giving me a sad look. She then mouthed something to Niall but I didn't catch what she said.

"EVERYONE SIT!" I shouted. Everyone looked at me and ran to sit on the couch. I smirked good, I love it when boys are scared of me. I looked at Niall who was biting his nails and shaking his leg up and down. Why was he so nervous.

"Now, none of you are leaving until you tell me what happened the night I was in the accident." I said giving them all serious looks.

"Well, its none of our concern really, I mean I think its really between you and Ni-"

"LIAM! Shut it!" Niall said. "Can you guys go? I'm just going to tell her." Niall said. Tell me what? I thought.

All the boys nodded and slowly made there way out. Eleanor was the last one to leave. "Call me please." she said and then hugged me. She had a sad look in her eyes. I nodded and gave her a sad smile.

~Niall's POV~

Skyler was saying goodbye to Eleanor and I was pacing back and fourth in our living room. I was so nervous. How was I going to explain this to her? How was she going to react.

"Is it that bad?" she asked giggling as she walked in the room. I gave her a little smile.

"Skyler sit down please." I said. She walked to the couch and sat down slowly.

"Niall?"

"Sky, Iumthereasonyouwereintheaccidentisbecauseicheatedonyouandyouwalkedoutonme." I said and then let out a breath.

"Whoa. Niall say that again but slower." she said laughing again

"The reason you were in the accident is because I cheated on you and you walked out in the middle of the night and you didn't see the truck." I said. I looked over to here. She had a tear rolling down her cheek. That broke my heart to see.

"Skyler please say something." I said I as I went to go sit next to her.

"I remember now." she whispered. "I saw you kissing her." she said as she began crying more now.

"Skyler please I'm sorry!" I said as I wrapped my hands around her.

"Don't fucking touch me!" she said standing up.

"Skyler please-"

"Niall you cheated on me! You don't love me!"

"Skyler if I didn't love you why did I stay by your hospital bed 24/7? Why did I NEVER leave your side. Skyler I was with you the whole time!" I said

"PROBABLY BECAUSE YOU FUCKING FELT BAD?" she said.

"Skyler can we please just talk?" I asked her.

"No Niall, I remember that night perfect and all my emotions are coming back to me. I was LEAVING you, because I HATED you for cheating on and I HATE you now!" she screamed. "I'll be out in the morning, I'm not leaving tonight, my heads not in the right place." she said. She walked to our room and slammed the door. I heard the click which means she locked it.

What had I done?

I had remembered that night perfectly after what Niall told me. I was getting ready to leave him. Well I did leave him until you know the accident.
