" It started in July, it was summer. I snuck out of the house at 2pm, Lewis was sleeping so I thought I could escape for a little while. I ran through the mysterious forest, feeling the lush grass beneath my feet and the sunshine on my face. I felt free. I came across a little town, and in it was, or probably still a fair. I was ecstatic! My face was glowing, and I had the biggest smile on my face. Seeing the magical Ferris wheel, sparkling in the sunlight, and hearing the laughter of the people on the rides.
I opened the tall golden gates, which felt like I was entering heaven. I had never experienced something like this before. I had a lot of cuts and bruises on my legs, the worst were on my arms but they were hidden by my sleeves. My lithe body, looked broken. I saw teenage girls wearing bright pink dresses, and colourful makeup, with blue hair and sometimes purple! But, as I turned around, they were all staring, horribly.
I ran out of the fair, feeling unwanted and out of place. Wherever I turned people looked me up and down. Whispering insults, and laughing at me. I thought they might help if they saw the cuts and bruises, as I was too afraid too.
I bumped into a tall slender woman, her emerald green eyes, and long brown her made me jealous. She looked like a kind-hearted model, she wore a tight metallic black top, with a bright pink pair of shorts, and with white high heels. Her mahogany brown hair, perfectly curled and her cat eye eyeliner flick was precise, and her bright red lipstick applied perfectly. She was everything I always hoped to be in the future." Hello? Are you lost?" She said sounding " concerned", and with a high pitched voice and a strong accent.
" Hi, no sorry. Sorry to waste your precious time, I'm so sorry! Sorry!" I must have said the word "sorry", about a billion times.
"Don't be silly! Come on let's on and get some fluffy candyfloss." She said happily, leading me down a rough and rocky pathway.
" I have never tried, 'candy floss', before!" I said, thinking of what possibly could be this, l candyfloss.'
"Really it's delicious! Where is your family." She said looking around, to see if anyone was with me.
" I don't really have one, to be honest! Oh, and by the way my name is Victoria." I replied.
"I'm so sorry to hear! My name is Natalia, but you
can call me Nat or Leah." Nat replied, and walked up carelessly to the rusty looking candyfloss shop. Next to the candyfloss shop, was a tall mysterious man, he kept on staring at Nat, in a funny way. I wasn't sure what to do.
"Hello, little girl." He said in a deep dark voice.
"Hello." I anxiously said, trying to keep close to Nat who was ordering 2 glossy candy-flosses.
"Hi, sorry Victoria do you know this man?" Nat said, very concerned pulling me closer. He breathed heavily, and smelled like cheap cologne.
"She will know me, and you will. Come on! Let's go and have a lovely stroll." He said grabbing our arms and pulling us, forcing us to go.
"Get off! What do you think you are doing?!" Nat shouted, trying to pull him off of both of us, as I struggled and struggled as he grabbed tighter and tighter. But then, he pulled out his special weapon, a key. A key to a dark, and empty horrifying place."
