Part 2 - The Fullmetal Alchemist

'So hey guys, luckylightgamer here with another part, hope you enjoy it as much as part 1 so lets begin!!'

Edward's POV

Why did that girl run off, who was she? First she turned around to ask for an apology but then ran off as soon as she looked at me. Does she know me? Well of course she knows who I am. Who doesn't? But who was she? So many questions I want answered, I then get an idea.

"Hey Al, why don't we go see Colonel Mustang and Brigadier General Hughes a visit, shall we?" I suggest. He nods and we make out way to Head Quarters.

Once we get there we see Lietenant Hughes showing Mustang and Riza pictures of his 2 year old daughter Elicia. He goes all goo goo eyes over his family, just shows how caring a dad and husband he sure is, unlike mine and Al's.

"Oh, come on, she is so cute and she's almost 3, would you believe it!" He continued, not even acknologing that we were in the room. Finally, Colonel Flame-pants spotted me from behind Maes (more like spotted Alphonse XD) Maes, also turning around, greeted us with smiles to tempt us to look at his daughters pictures. "Hey boys, you're right on time, wanna see my new pictures of Elicia? She's just so cute I can't help myself!" He said with what looked like Alex Louise Armstrong's sparkles.

"Not right know, Mr Hughes. We came to talk to the colonel about someone acting alittle odd. We bumped each other in the streets, turnes round to tell me to apoligise, then looks at me funny and runs off without another word. Weird if you tell me." I explained. He gave me a very confused look, like he was trying to solve a puzzle, but left it alone.

"So, are you boys coming to my daughter's birthday party? Elicia's birthday is closer but they both share one because they're so close." He said with a grin.

I don't know what is why he is so obsessed with his daughters but whatever. I could see Roy becoming frustrated as he tried to continue his work. I stood up and pulled my jacket over my right shoulder where it had slid off. Roy sighed.

"Can you guys please leave and talk about this somewhere else, I'm very busy at the moment, if you can't see that," He said angrily, pointing to the big pile of file paper, ready to be checked over. "So if you wouldn't mind, the doors over there."

We all quickly left the room, but Maes wanted to ask something. "Hey Roy, I forgot to remind you, (Y/N) is wanting to take the state alchemy test next week for her birthday, do you think that would be alright with you?" He asked. (Y/N). Where have I heard that name before?

"Um...Sure, I don't see why not, she is a well trained alchemist for such a young girl, although Edward did it at 12." He said with a smile. Maes said his thanks and goodbyes and the three of us walked down the corridor. We bump into Riza Hawkeye and Jean Havoc on the way down. We said our hellos and we left after a sho-- medium length conversation. We then spit our own ways and we went to our dorm.

It was around 6 the same day and the sun had fully set when the phone started ringing, while I was in the middle of a book. I walked over to it sluggishly and pick it up.

"Hello?" I say in the middle of a yawn.

"Hey Ed!" Hughes. "I was still wondering if you were coming to (Y/N) and Elicia's birthday party? It starts in a hour so I was just seeing if you were gonna show. So, are ya?" He shouted own the phone. I sigh, turning to Al.

"Hey Al, you wanna go over to Mr.Hughes place to go to that party he's throwing tonight?" I ask him, he was sitting on the sofa opposite the one I was on.

"Sure, It might be fun." He said cheerfully. I turn back to the phone.

"Ugh, sure. We'll be there soon."

"Great! See you boys soon, oh, and don't worry about looking smart, it's a casual party, not formal. Okay? Bye!" He said and as soon as the last word was said the line went dead. I sigh, not wanting to spend my night with people I don't know. I know the Hughes well, but not his daughter (Y/N), anyway, doesn't matter now, I have to go. I put the phone down and walk over to get a cleaner pair of clothes on and fix my braid. I looked presentable so all was good. Soon Al and I left to go to the party.

We arrived half an hour late, loud cheers heard from outside the door. I knock with my left hand while Al was holding two presents in his hands. Mr Hughes opened the door and warmly welcomed us in. I place down the gifts and walk over to a little girl, Elicia.
"Hey there Elicia, Happy Birthday. How old are you today?" I ask in a childish voice.
"I'll be 3 but Big Sister will be (age between 13-16 years) years old!" She exclaimed loudly. Hey older sister, I still haven't met her yet. I wish her another happy birthday until she went back to playing with her friends. I suddenly bump into someone. She has (h/l), (h/c) with complimentary (e/c) eyes. She was pretty cute. She smiled then looked at me closely. She gasped and the I knew.
" It's you!"
