Chapter 19: Surprise

(Hana's POV)

Chanyeol and I were walking side by side in the park. It was nice for him to go with me. I dont even know why he suddenly ask me where I want to go. Is there something going on again? Maybe not. When we were walking, I saw an ice cream parlor just near by. "Want some?" Chanyeol said. He noticed me that I was looking at the ice cream parlor. "N-no its fi--" he suddenly pulled me. "I'll pay it. Dont worry" he smiled. "If you keep smiling like that, I might melt" 'What did I just say?!' I faced palm myself.

We entered the ice cream parlor. We scanned all the ice cream and there was only one ice cream that caught my eyes, vanilla!! "Do you want that, love?" he said and I nodded. 'Wait..... Love?! He called me love? Why?!' I blushed a little. The lady grabbed a cone and put the ice cream. "Here you go sir! Have a nice day" she smiled at him then glared at me. "Lets go love" Chanyeol grabbed my hand and we left. We were walking away from the ice cream parlor and he hasnt gave me the ice cream nor released my hand. "Umm... Chanyeol?"

"Oh sorry" he released my hand and gave me the ice cream. "Sorry for calling you love. Its just because of that lady in the ice cream parlor. She keeps on staring at me" he looked down. "Its fine" I said and licked my ice cream. He looked at me and smiled. My heart started to beat fast. 'Whats wrong with my heart? Please stop it'. "So... uhh... lets go somewhere?"

"Where?"

"Just follow me" I nodded and followed where he was going. I wonder where that place is.

(Eunji's POV)

We're here now in the mall. D.O and Lay went to the grocery while the rest are looking for gifts. "What does Hana likes?" Kai asked me. They were all looking at me "She likes simple things"

"Like what?" Tao said. "Like books, notebooks, anything simple" they all nodded. "Lets go to the book store then" Sehun said and everyone agreed. We went to the book store and as expected, there are books. Suho ran to a bookshelf and started searching for a book and so did everyone. I know Hana for so long already and I know what she really wants for her birthday, a snow globe. Ever since we were in highschool, she keeps on telling me to buy her a snow globe. Well now is the best time to give it to her.

I went to a store, I dont really know what store. "Excuse me, is there a snow globe here?" I asked to a lady. "Yes we have. Follow me" I followed her. "Here are the snow globes"

"Thank you" I started looking for a snow globe. From all the snow globes, there is only one, just one, and only one. I grabbed it and shook it. Snow were floating inside 'Hana will love this, I know it' I smiled. "I'll buy this" I gave it to the lady as she nodded. I went to the counter and paid the snow globe. She put it inside a box and gave it to me "Have a nice day" I smiled "Thank you" and I left. My phone suddenly rang so I answered it "Hello?"

[Yah! Where are you? You just disappeared all of a sudden] it was Kai.

"My brother is looking for me? Why? Are you worried?" I started laughing. This is the first time my brother, a.k.a Kai, is looking for me. I think?

[No Im not! Aish! Just go back here in the book store.]

They are still there? Oh right, I told them she liked books so much. I went back to the book store and I saw only Suho and Kai was there. "Where did the others go?" they noticed that I was holding a box. "Whats that?" Suho asked. "My gift" he nodded. "The others went to another store because they got bored" Kai explained and I nodded. "Lets find the others. Call D.O and Lay, ask them if they're done" Kai nodded and grabbed his phone from his pocket. The three of us went to look for the others. I just noticed that Suho was holding a book, it looked nice. "Your gonna give that to Hana?" Suho nodded. He looked at the book and smiled "I know she'll like this"

"Of course she will"

"Isnt that Sehun and Luhan?" Kai pointed at a girly store. He continued "Pshh! What are they doing there?" he started laughing. The three of us laughed "Okay.... lets just.... get them now.... we better go back in the house to fix everything" they both nodded.

All of us were done buying gifts. We went home, D.O and Lay went to the kitchen to bake a cake, thats what they said. I sighed 'I hope nothing happens tomorrow'. "Eunji, we will just bake the cake tomorrow" Lay said and I nodded. 'I just hope...'.
