I stepped into the large cave. It was wet and damp and... Cold. Very cold. A simple looked farther in and everything was familiar. I
reached the wall and felt the small carving. A sphinx with an arrow in back and a sword in the chest with a hole in its head called zaxva
or savior The sign of magical death said to appear to protect the barrier when a human entered the cave. I touched him and uttered the
magical words "havlva kadrava zaxva" meaning "door of the savior."
The wall cracked open with a dark light that shown blue and swallowed the air. I stepped forward and felt cold air rush in and out
pulsing like blood. Then suddenly it was done I was on the other side. It was night out like always for me. You see as a "night pheonix"
you have certain precautions. Such as in the barrier in the day is a fatal place.
It was good to be home but as it was close to dawn I abandoned my venturing trek and headed to the Phoenix home base. Walking in
the trees sticking to them. Coming across pigkets(little woodland creatures) and chopelrocs(large fairies that distract or lead you into
there traps) Home was great as the sun approached the horizon I enter a large tree and saw the bloody murder scene.
