As we head out the cafeteria doors I noticed Brooke sitting by her locker crying on the floor with her mascara running. This might have been my biggest mistake but I go to see what's wrong. I walk up to her, as soon as she sees me her depressed face gets filled with disgust and anger. "Brooke what's wrong?" I ask. "What you guys said was true no matter how much I try my mom just doesn't like me at up as if she gaved up on me." She says in a depressed tone. "I now realized how mean I am, I don't know how I came to be this way and I know I was wrong to call makeesha a loser I'm sure her party is gonna be the bomb. Well with out me, and I'm the biggest loser I just lost my two best friends after you stood up to me. I just wish I could have a second chance to be a good girl". Brooke says in a sadder tone. "Maybe there is hmm" I say with a grin. "What is it you better not try anything" says brooke. "No no none of that what I had in mind was you keesha's party today right?" I ask. "Yes why?" She ask. "Well I can convince keesha to letting you come so you can prove to everyone that you changed". I say. Her eyes get filled with excitement. "Aww you'll do that for me even after what I called your bestfriend?" she asks. "Of course everybody deserves a second chance" I say. "Aww you are sweet" she says she gives me a friendly hug that lasts for about 10 seconds. "Alright I better get to class I'll ask her then see ya" I say. "Byee" she yells. I head off to my next class which is biology with Mr fertz an tall skinny pointy nose creeppy man who has the weirdest voice ever. I see my best buddies as soon as I walk in. I head to the seat by makeesha. "HEY keesh" I say. "Hey kwam" she says. "Sooo keesh can I ask you a question?" I say. "Why of course". She responds. "Well let's just say a person you probably don't like changed into a new person and wants to know if she can come to your party?" I say. "Who is she?" She asks. "Well um uh brooke" I say. "HECK NO" she says. "Please keesh I know how mean she was to you but earlier I saw her crying and wailing by her locker" I say. "That's the sound of victory!" Makeesha says. "No that's the sound of going too far. She told me that she apologizes for doing what she did and is very sorry and really wants a second chance. Come on keesh everyone deserves a second chance please do it, for me." I say hoping I convinced her. "Ugh alright for you she can come as long as she doesn't ruin my party" makeesha says. "Yes!" I say. I turn my head seeing karrot dozing off staring at a girl. The girl has brown short hair but not too short blue eyes that are prettier than the ocean nice tannish skin and just a pretty face that makes you go wow! "Karrot psst karrot" I whisper. "So who ya staring at". I ask he stops staring and tries to fix the slobber off his face. "Uh no one I was looking at the window" he says. "Uh there's no window over there if you like her then go introduce yourself to her" I say. "That's what I did with makeesha" I whisper. "But you got friendzoned" he says while he chuckles. "Haha very funny you know how it is but come on just talk to her" I say. "Oh alright I'll go right after bio" says karrot. "Good" I say while I turn around trying to act like I heard Mr.fertz. which would've been really handy if I did because apparently Mr fertz saw me unfocused and called on me to share about what he said. So I wal up to class. "Tell us one thing about biology" Mr fertz says. "Well its boring" I say as the class starts laughing
"I mean in educational purposes like what do we do?"Asked Mr fertz. "Uhh well we make chemical reactions" I say unsurely. "That's chemistry this is biology" says Mr fertz. "Uh physical science stuff." I say. "Thats physics this is biology" says Mr fertz. The class started laughing this time in mocking way. "Just sit down you been punished enough. You see class this is why you pay attention to class instead of goofing with friends it gets you no where in life". Says Mr fertz making fun of me. "It'll be okay kwamb don't worry about it" says makeesha. After time if boring biology class finally is over once the bell ring we all get up. I nudge karrot on the shoulder to go talk to that girl he likes. I guess he knew what I was thinking so he walked up to her. "Hi my name is kreayshawn but my friends call me karrot what's your name?" He says. "Cool name and my name is Miranda but you can call me Mary haha" she says. "Haha cool name to you too and thanks". He says. "No prob and hehe thanks although Miranda is a plain name to me haha" she says. "By the way my friend keesha is throwing a party tonight and I'm hoping to see you there,maybe" he says. "I was thinking of going but I don't know but if you want me to I guess I will" she says. "Yay hah" he says
"Haha so see ya there?" She asks. "No doubt about it and you?" He ask. "Wouldn't miss it for the world bye now" she says "bye" he says while waving at her. "So how it go" I ask. "She's coming to the party whup whup!" He says. "That's great news I told you it would work out let's get ready" I say. We head out of the school to finally go home after a long day of school.
