*Run* *Run* *Run* "Stop, NYPD!! Stop right now before we shoot!" A policeman shouted while chasing a robber. The robber had attempted to rob the city's most popular bank, Richtar.

He had posed as a passerby queueing up to withdraw money but as soon as it was his turn, he pulled out his gun and pointed it at the banker. "GIVE ME ALL YOUR MONEY RIGHT NOW!! DON'T YOU DARE CALL THE POLICE!! *Fire!*" The robber fired a warning shot into the air to prove that his gun was real.

"Alright, alright. Calm down. I will give you the money but please just...just drop the gun...." the banker trembled as he reached for the money from the last transaction. "GIVE ME ALL OF IT!! GO!!" The robber threatened to shoot again. "Please stop this....I've got family to return t- *Bang!* *Drop!* *Grab!*" The robber shot the banker, grabbed the bag of money and ran out. One of the security had called the police secretly and was in pursuit of the robber. Apparently, that security was one of the NYPD undercover detectives. "Stop! NYPD!! Stop right now before we shoot!!"

The robber was running as fast as the wind, pushing away all pedestrians.

"Calling all units, I'm still in pursuit. He's heading south." The robber fired a shot at him but he dodged it. The detective returned fire. During this time, the robber had already ran away but the detective was smarter than to let him get away that easily. "Don, you got sight on him up there?"

"Negative. It seems that he has hid in the warehouse, Lee." Don replied.

"Damn it. But that's good news. There are two ways out of there.
Either in handcuffs or as a corpse." Lee pulled his safety trigger. They then entered the warehouse ready to hunt the robber down.

A few hours earlier,"So, what did you all get from the analysis on this guy?" Don asked.

"Name's Jackson Dyler. Ex drug addict. This must be the reason why he has so much stamina." The researcher replied.

"I see. Anything else relevant to what we need on this guy? Where he lives or works or anything?" Don asked.

"He lives at Street Avenue 5 and works as a bartender at the nearby bar, CutieBar."
"Also

"We will send a team there." Don said.

"Better not screw this up, Don. This guy has robbed many banks. Means that he's got cash to do whatever he wants." Lee warned.

15 minutes later, Don's team arrived at Jackson's house. *Knock!* *Knock!* *Knock!*"NYPD!! OPEN THE DOOR NOW!! Before we barge in!!"

There was no reply. They then barged in and checked all the rooms. "Clear! No sign of him anywhere." A policeman reported, coming out of the only room in the warehouse.

"Dang it. It means that he's hidden himself quite good which means he's still here! Find him!" Don ordered.

"(Shit. I can't run anymore. The only spot to hide is here and it is only in due time that they find me. I have to get out of here.)" Jackson thought. As soon as he sighed a sigh of relief, he accidentally kicked a can that was in front of him which he did not notice before.

"Shit!" Jackson pulled the safety trigger.

"Over there! I heard a sound! Surround it!!" One of the policeman shouted. The whole team of policeman surrounded the area in no time and Jackson had no chance of escape. He knew this was it. He decided to fight till the end.

"HUARGH!!!!!! *Bang!* *Bang!* * Bang!* *Bang!* *Bang!*" Jackson fired all his remaining ammunition, tossed his gun away and started charging at them.

"Stop right there Jackson! One more step and we will shoot!!" Don ordered. Jackson did not care and continued advancing.

*Fire!* One of the policeman fired a warning shot aimed at the ground in front of Jackson.

"I won't go down without a fight! Get out of my way now!!" Jackson shouted and whipped out a bottle with a rag from one hand and a lighter in the other.

"That's a molotov!!! All units seize fire!! I repeat! All units seize fire!!!" Lee shouted.

"Listen to him, guys! There is only that door out of this warehouse. If he sets that alight, we will not make it out of here in one piece." Don shouted. The policemen then lowered their guns.

"That's right! Back off! Let me get out of here and I will not harm anyone anymore!!" Jackson threatened to light the molotov.

"Everyone, let him pass! I repeat, let him pass!!" Lee ordered.

"Lee!! What are you doing?! We can't let him get away, not after we tried so hard to find him!" Don explained his point of view on Lee's decision.

"Think about it, Don. Would you rather see grieving families over your imperious action or these men living happy lives with their families?! Don't let your emotions control you, Don!!" Lee warned.

While they were arguing, Jackson had already ran out and was now running towards the city.

"Ha! Suckers. You got fooled by a bottle of plain water. How stupid are you guys? To think that you could save the city from villains like me. I will be back." Jackson said, taking a drink from his bottle.

"Enjoying your last drink?" A voice said.

"Who's there?!" Jackson dropped his bottle in shock.

"The man who has the job of keeping you from running." Answered the man.

"Heh. Didn't think I would use this but, take this!!" Jackson whipped out a sub machine gun, to be precise, an UZI and pointed it at the man.

"You're a dead man now!!"

"You're right. You are."

"What? *Hit!* W..A...t *Drop!*" Jackson got shot in the head and he fell dead.

"I'll be taking your gun, Mr Jackson. Thank you for your contribution. Nice job there, Joe. We've earned ourselves yet more money." The man said.

"Heh. Don't mention it, Jack. It's your job to distract, mine to kill. Team effort." Joe replied.

"Outside!! Gun shot!!" One of the policeman shouted. They all rushed out and found Jackson lying in a pool of blood, his body ice cold.

"Shit. We were too late again. Damn that J.A.E team. They got us yet again." Don shouted, kicking the floor in frustration.

"We'll get them next time, Don. We will." Lee reassured, lighting his cigarette up.
